Food was ono. Prime rib could have been better with just salt and pepper. However it was ono for what it was. I would recommend this place. If you are going in the late evenings I recommend bringing a jacket, it was a bit cool.
Great people, great service, amazing food. Bring your own wine.
Good food. Large servings. Fun atmosphere. Upcharge for credit card use.
I tried the veggie frittata—what can I say, it was a good and satisfying breakfast, especially paired with tea. The service was great, though the wait time to get seated was a bit long. Pistachio Mascarpone cake wasn't my cup of tea, but not bad
Kula Bistro in Maui is a cozy Italian spot with a great menu and fresh flavors.
We loved the refreshing guava and orange juices, and the appetizers—coconut shrimp and crab cake—were delicious.
Both the Alfredo chicken and grilled chicken sandwich were satisfying and full of flavor—definitely worth a visit!
Very kind staff, food was delicious with large portion sizes. Great variety of desserts. Super glad we choose to eat here!
Cute place, food was good and take hime bakery items were delicious!
I had an extremely negative experience with the place overall. The food was of bad quality plus the lady at the counter was rude. I went there seeing the good reviews but was thoroughly disappointed. Will not recommend the place to anyone.
The food and service were excellent! As a vegan, it can be challenging to find good options, but the staff here were incredibly patient and helpful in guiding me through the menu. We tried the ube pancakes, and they were absolutely delicious. Highly recommend this place for a satisfying breakfast—especially after experiencing the Haleakalā sunrise. Great food, friendly service, and vegan-friendly!
I had a very disappointing experience during my recent pickup order. I had ordered the Pesto Alfredo Pasta, but the container wasn’t packed properly and the pasta had spilled all over the bag. I politely asked the main lady at the counter if it could be replaced. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, she was extremely rude and argumentative. After a frustrating exchange, she finally replaced it—but the new pasta was completely dry, with barely any sauce, and tasted nothing like what I originally ordered. It was clearly thrown together without care. I ended up paying $40 for a meal that I couldn’t even enjoy. This kind of service and food quality is absolutely unacceptable.

We had the caprice salad, the clam steamers and shared the prime rib sandwich. Everything was great but the clams are our favorite.
Very unique and beautiful place to eat. Get the crab cakes, they are so bomb
A destination for sure! Make this the highlight of an up country visit. Smoked pork panini was excellent. Took a bunch home so there was room for a bite of one of their astounding desserts.
Surprising find in the upcountry. Unique menu, huge portions. Split them as they can easily serve 2. Funky place with an amazing bakery. Save room for dessert 🍨.
