We had an excellent experience here. The service and atmosphere were quite nice. We didn't know what to expect for the wines since the tropics aren't known for winemaking. However, we were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the wines. They are all quite good and the Syrahs and Malbecs were decent. The charcuterie boards was generous and prices were good, The pineapple wine was our favorite and reasonably priced ($16/bottle), we bought 2-cases to ship home and half a case of the raspberry port.
Right across the street you can buy local steaks and venison at a cute country store.
If you don't like the stuffy atmosphere of Kihei and prefer a relaxed country setting with cooler temps, then this is well worth the drive an making it a day in upcountry.

We had a great experience at Maui Wine! The waiters were so welcoming and nice! We got a rose flight and a pineapple flight. They were both great! They pineapple one was for sure sweeter. Beautiful views. The estate also has cool history. I would recommend going!

Got to chat with the locals while sipping some delicious red wine, the locals were friendly and made us feel welcome to Maui ♥️ Maya is amazing, so nice to talk to and helpful, she will go out of the way to help you get a seat when it's busy.

We are really glad we made the drive to visit this very unique winery. Between the two of us we ended up tasting all their flights. We are self proclaimed wine snobs and enjoyed most of their wines and enjoyed it enough to get 12 bottles shipped back. Very friendly service and good views while driving to the place. They have small bites to go along with the wine. Was very pleasantly surprised with the pineapple wine, would def recommend you do that tasting. We stay away from fruit wine and anything sweet tasting but their pineapple wine flight was worth trying and we ended up buying some of the bottles from that flight. We would def visit again on our next trip.

We did a couple of the wine flights and had 2 of the cheese plates. The goat cheese was superb and we liked the pineapple wines. We would totally recommend the tour too. Beautiful grounds.

People are always great, wine is slightly spendy but for grapes grown in Hawaii it's got a really cool story and would have never guessed I was drinking warm climate grapes. Living on Oahu, when friends or family come to town and we island hop to Maui, I always bring them here. First wine club I've joined and I'll be sad to move away.

We had reservations because it’s highly recommended as it’s a gem of a place and were greeted kindly - hostess asked us if we have even been to Maui Wine and showed us where the restrooms were- we didn’t even ask so I thought that was so kind of her. Every single staff member came to our table asking how everything was and if we needed anything, cleared empty dishes ect. - Explained the types of wine and our food selections for us and we left with some wine and jelly 🥰 It was an amazing experience! The ride there is beautiful as well. Thank you all at Maui Wine 💕
