Gorgeous restaurant with extensive varied menu. Portions and options are on the light side, and veggie centric. The home grown blistered cherry tomatoes are exceptional. Breakfast is five star although look at the ingredients closely to see if the typical ingredients are vegan. The bagel with salmon didn’t have cream cheese, it may have been vegan.

At first I thought the broth would be a bit salty.
When I boiled it with vegetables, it turned out okay.
And the highlight is meat!
Dip it in the raw egg that comes with it and take a bite.
It really melts in your mouth

Perfect place to unwind.. we use to come when the property was the lodge ..sensei was a huge upgrade and lovely surprise! Every part of the trip was perfect- we are booking our next trip in November! The flora and fauna was in matched ! Nobu was excellent! Perfect girl trip!
