Wandering around Makawao on a Saturday afternoon, we were excited to see this place open. Beautifully decorated space, like an Italian cafe with Hawaiian touches, and such a treat to visit with an owner so passionate about his craft. The hardest part was deciding what to order. I had a lavender vanilla latte, my husband had a regular latte, so so good.Dietary restrictions: Several non dairy milk options.

This is an incredible espresso shop with impressive barista drinks manufactured with speed, one right after the other, each one of them very lovingly crafted. How can I tell? The energy of the owners creates a very inviting atmosphere (smiles and promptness from them despite the stress to deliver to many given the lines waiting) and the flavors are delish. The greatest coffee in maui and probably the Hawaiian islands!Family own business with the best vibe.They take really good care of their customers and they have a huge variety of speciality coffee. My mornings had change since I drink this coffee, there’s a lot of magic in it.Go shred a coffee if you filling sad or if you happy and you wanna be happier!

No experience with more popular fare of sugary dairy laden espresso drinks.Addendum: owner replied with snarky ad hominem response to an honest review. If appreciation of good coffee, which Starbucks is not, is being a snob, I will wear that smear with honor. Feedback from customers should be welcome and motivation to improve quality, not an opportunity to attack the messenger.
