For over 100 years Komoda Store and the Komoda family has been serving the people of Makawao. Now, tourists also visit the town landmark to try cream puffs, cocoa puffs, stick doughnuts, butter rolls, and other unique versions of familiar bakery items. It's my go-to place to grab goodies before leaving the island on trips.

The bakery just celebrated over 100 years. Delicious pastry. A must stop for sugar fix.

Parking: No matter what time of a day, parking is always a bit of a challenge.

Everyone talks about the malasadas here and they are awesome, but the cream puff was one of the best I've ever eaten.
