I am not a huge pizza person, but what ate here was the best pizza I have ever had... The restaurant was super busy, super clean, the staff was on point... Brylee was my server, exceptional service...(Attention to details)Incredible restaurant and I plan to be back very soon... I would highly recommend Marlow... I feel that it's current rating is low, it should be much higher...

Came in for lunch on the way down from Haleakalā and everything was terrific. Octopus salad was a great starter and we had both the Mortadella sandwich and the Calabrese pizza. The wood fired crust really hit the mark and the toppings and cheese were so fresh and delicious. The sandwich also tasted really fresh and had an interesting dough, I assume pizza dough, that was fresh baked and so fluffy and delicious too. A really nice spot with a great atmosphere and friendly staff too
I was so turned off by the service at this restaurant but, things have turned. Just want to give a shout out to our waitress Autumn and the new crew who changed my point of view. But, to be fair the food has always been amazing!!!!!!

Our go-to morning coffee, always with amazing service! Love the people here, they know our order as soon as we walk in and this makes you feel a little like you’re visiting friends. We've eaten here a couple of times in the past. The food is pretty good, but they have no concept of what good service is about. We were there on 2/25/2024 for lunch. There were plenty of open tables. A family of three were in front of us. After waiting about 10 minutes, we struck up a conversation with the family. They were waiting a while before we showed and were still not seated. Finally, an employee asked if they were being helped. They said they were waiting to be seated. The employee told them the restaurant is short-handed and would not be able to seat them for another 15 minutes. The family did not want to wait and walked out.The employee then asked us what we wanted. She told us the same thing she told the other family. I asked why they couldn't seat us first instead of having us stand around waiting for a table even though tables were open. She told us that we could order first and wait, but still would not seat us. I don't know whether the owner was in the restaurant, but if I were the owner, I would definitely have an issue with the way the customers were treated. In the end, we decided to go somewhere else to eat instead. The bottom line is-their service sucks!

My wife and I absolutely love Marlow, The food, the service and the staff is fabulous! We go there every week, and it's a highlight for us. However, the music is so loud, especially in the morning, that we can't hear each other talk. We love to bring friends and family there quite often, for breakfast lunch and dinner. They love it too, however, they also commented on the loud and non-relaxing music. We have left early because of the music which is unfortunate . At the very least I hope management will consider this, and turn the volume down. It is a great place to converse and enjoy each other's company, if only we could hear each other, and not have to shout.
