Amazing fresh food! I got the Lilikoi Spicy Tuna and the Ho’okipa rolls and my husband got the Satori Sushi Bowl and all were delicious. Fast service and great outdoor patio to relax on.

We'd been eating our way through Maui all week and we came here on a whim because the place we were originally going to have lunch wasn't taking walk-ins. For me (I can't speak for the rest of my family), this was the best meal I had during our entire trip. We all had different things and opted to share. The fish was great. You can't go wrong with any of the handrolls or poke bowls if you're into seafood; I recommend the fresh Marlin. However, the thing that stood out for me was, oddly, the Ramen bowl. My son, is a finicky eater. He's in that "no veggies" phase so when the soup came, we had to walk back up and request a kids' noodles and broth; which left the original Ramen bowl for the rest of the family to share! I loved it and ended up eating most of it! Next time we're on Maui, I'll be ordering the Ramen along with my handrolls!

We ate outside in the rain (which is so Hawaii!), but were kept dry by the large umbrellas over the picnic tables. The food was delicious. I had a ramen bowl, my husband had the Shaman bowl. Lots of beautiful fresh vegetables, nice presentation, and an exquisite chocolate truffle for desert. 5 big stars.Vegetarian options: Lots of lovely vegan options.

Stopped 1/31/24. One guy working the food truck. Menu looked great and we were excited to order.We walk up - he's busily making rolls. The phone rings, and he grabs his cellphone with his hands and answers it. Starts talking and continues to touch and make the sushi roll by hand without putting on gloves nor washing his hands.I'm not a germaphobe, but grabbing your cell phone and then putting your hands back on the sushi roll and rice? That's disgusting. That's what we saw, so I'm sure if he thinks that's ok, then he isn't doing much else to be sanitary.We quickly turned around and left.People need more of a sense of being sanitary. It's not that hard to wear gloves when touching food and then take them off when you're done if you need to touch something else. Or continually washing your hands. We are putting that food in our bodies.We didn't get to try it, but I definitely wouldn't try it until they can figure out how to make things sanitary and safe to eat. Grabbing your cellphone that's been EVERYWHERE is not sanitary. Everybody would agree to that.

A small food truck serving some delicious sushi tucked in a nook on the lanes of Makawao's main street with just the sweetest chef. He was the only one doing all the work from taking the order to cooking and he was still so patient and smiling throughout. I was eager to try it as they claim to be a farm to table sushi spot.The hand rolls were delicious and the favorite of all the ones we tried was the Unagi hand roll. Also , tried the satori sushi bowl and it was pretty good too.They have a nice ambiance going on and it feels less like a food truck and more like an outdoor restaurant.

THIS PLACE WAS AMAZING, great atmosphere, food, and prices!! Guitar music playing in the background and open air picnic tables made for a nice eating experience. The chef had immaculate energy, calm, zen and was very helpful. The food was made quickly, we ordered the satori sushi bowl and poke bowl. They were scrumptious!! I especially recommend satori sushi bowl.
