We had a wonderful time tasting these Agave Spirits. The place is small but adorable! The hostess (Viv) was so sweet. The spirits are delicious and each one was equally as good! Book ahead to make sure there is room. We will be back again soon.

My wife and I had an incredible experience during our tour and tasting! We were fortunate to have the tour all to ourselves. Our guide, Viv, was truly exceptional. She led us through the fascinating history behind the distillery, demonstrating her extensive knowledge and genuine passion for her work. Learning about the founder, Paul, and the humble beginnings of his distillery was truly inspiring. It's remarkable how only six employees run the entire operation. Witnessing a small-batch distillery produce award-winning agave spirits in such a brief timeframe left a lasting impression on me. Every agave spirit we sampled was exceptional, leaving me eager to return. In the meantime, I'll savor the two bottles I brought home with me.

VIV was at the tasting room. Another great local who was very engaging. She said she wears more hats than just pouring delicious Agave spirits. She says she cant pick up one of those massive 400 pound Pinas. No tour here but you can see into where it all happens through a glass window. We did get to see the ovens where they steam the Pinas for 2 days. They actually weren't doing any distilling today.5 out of 5 ONOIf you go, you have a choice of a 3 tastes or 5. Happened upon this place by a local recommendation and driving by the agave field. Stopped in for a tasting and had an incredible experience! The agave spirits were amazing and Viv was a great host. 100% would come back here again and buy another bottle as you can’t get on the mainland!

Had a great experience on our tour. Viv was an amazing quide. She took through the history of how it came to be. She is knowledgeable and passionate about her job. The owner, Paul's vision and how the distillery started is a great story. The fact that they only have 6 employees and how hands on they all are in on the process is inspiring. Paul is constantly experimenting and trying different processes to create a better and different products. The fact that a small batch distillery can produce award winning agave spirits in such a short period of time. All the agave spirits were amazing and I will definitely be going back. Cheers!

I went there with my sister and husband while on vacation. Came upon it as we were driving. Made a reservation for a tasting and loved it!! I didn’t think I was a tequila drinker except for in Margaritas. This tequila totally changed my mind about tequila on its own and mixed. Left with 2 bottles and lots of cool merchandise! I would definitely recommend the trip and tour if you are headed to the upcountry.
Great stop for only tequila made in Maui. Cool tasting room with 5 varieties to taste.

We stopped here after noticing the striking field of blue agave while driving by, and enjoyed learning about the distilling process and sampling some of the tequila varieties. I liked the barrel aged ones, and especially loved the spicy Smoke Pepa - so complex. Next visit we’ll stop here first to stock our condo for our stay!

What an awesome time. Enjoyed hearing how the difference tequilas are aged and the tasting was fun. If you go, just taste all five, you're there anyways. And check out the agave plants. Viv was super sweet and professional. We will definitely be back next time we come to Maui.
