I wanted to give this place a try because I heard such good things. They even served on the set of one of Hawaii's film crews I believe. Gave their pastele stew a go and was ultimately very disappointed. The flavor was jus heavy on the cumin and no traditional anchiote or coriander flavor. The portion was also very small and not worth the $15 price tag. Probably won't be back to try the other stuff on the menu.

I love this little pod of food trucks in Mililani Tech Park! I ordered the everything plate lunch. It had steak, chicken, pork, rice and tossed salad. It was expense ($18?) but was enough to feed two people comfortably. The steak was our favorite. The chicken wasn't dry, which is a big plus.

Unorganized, take a while to get your food after you order, and the food was incorrect that I received. Why only certain people got pickle onion. Who the heck eat salad without dressing wrong order because I ordered mac salad. Thats why I gave the 1 star look at the owner's owners response after I posted. Embarrassing "only cool people get pickle onions". No shame

"Is there an option to give them 10 stars?" - my husband The food was amazing! We have fresh bbq korean chicken. It melted in our mouth, so flavorful. But honestly one of the best part of our experience was how nice the chef was. When people who cook you food with such a big smile on their face it's a cherry on top!

Very disappointed. I had the Pastele plate and pastele lumpia. Food was very bland, rice and Pastele was in desperate need of seasoning ( salt) I have tasted better. I probably won't return or if I do I will try something else. Lumpia was ok. More "dough" than filling. Macaroni salad was good and probably the only thing I finished.

So happy to support a local food truck on our visit to the island. The chicken is GOLD here! Definitely detour-worthy if you pass through the Mililani area.

Late lunch. Only two food trucks at the Mililani Tech Park today. Congratulations to Local Stop for opening a second truck in Waipahu! It's also great that they post their hours and address. Many food trucks do not.

Found this lunch wagon at the Mililani Tec Park, There several lunch trucks located next to Spectrum. They cook the Steaks right outside by there truck. Open 5-days a week. Aloha, Derek
I had the North Shore steak with garlic shrimp. Ordered through Bite squad so I wasn’t there in person ordering. Can you order your steak how you want it? Or do they cook it well done on every order? This plate was ver delicious except my steak was really over cooked and dry.. I would have preferred a medium rare but like I said .. I wasn’t there .. I would go back there again if they would cook my steak rare-med rare.. it was just too tough and I had to keep chewing and spit out the hard gristle parts .. Shrimp was cooked just right . I ordered 2 orders of the same plate. I had 4 shrimp and my husband only had 3... should’ve been the same amount for the same plates..

Food is Awesome!staff is even more Awesome! Made my girlfriend drive there for pastele lumpia and it was all sold out except for one(They are so good thats why)so he gave us the one for free! Thanx Justin!

Very disappointed with today's lunch. Pastele with gondule rice and macaroni salad. Very friendly staff but the food....meh. The rice was dry and had too much seasoning, Mac salad moist but not enough, Pastele needed seasoning, a little bland. I will eat there again but I will try something else.
