California Pizza Kitchen at Mililani

The servers were great but the food was horrible. My dad ordered mac and cheese and the food was cold, the cheese wasn't even melted. He asked for it to be warmed up and when it returned everything was burnt.

Ordered a pizza and chicken sandwich and a side cesar salad with chicken to go

I always check my order before leaving, today I don’t check

When I get home I’m missing the chicken for the salad

I call the restaurant and speak with Jay one of the managers

I explain my dilemma and he tells me he has a gift card for me to pick up at my convenience

Was ready to be picked up at 6:30. Waited and parked being on hold for 20 mins. Went in to see wth is going on and food was ready. Dont call and wait should just go in cause they will just put you on hold

Enjoyed a birthday lunch for my granddaughter here. It's one of her favorite places to eat. It was a busy day and we waited awhile to be seated. The staff was awesome. Everyone was pleasant and professional and worked together to make sure their customers had a great experience.

Pleasant, quiet lunch for one. Not at all rushed by the staff. The food was delicious and I ordered extra dishes to bring home with me.

Very dissatisfied and disappointed. Waited for 30 mins to get a table and waited again for almost 2 hours to get our food. I Would not recommend this place. We will never go back to this location.

Had to wait 15 minutes for a bartender but once she arrived the service was prompt.

Had not eaten here in a while as they missed a couple items in past orders, but we tired again. Fairly speedy for delivery but unfortunately they put no sauce on my kids pasta - literally paid $8-9 for boiled pasta and there’s was barely any chocolate in the chocolate milk. Normally he loves the chocolate milk here as they make their own. Not going back for a long while. Hopefully it’s just a busy day for them.

Service was great, just wasn’t a fan of my meal. Got the chicken tequila fettuccine and just didn’t hit the spot. Won’t deter my CPK love though.
