Service was great, just wasn’t a fan of my meal. Got the chicken tequila fettuccine and just didn’t hit the spot. Won’t deter my CPK love though.

Normally it is fine, but today it was quite a disappointing experience. My wife ordered food for pickup, I had the thai salad and when I poured the dressing over the salad, a large white chunk of I don't know what fell out of the cup. Long story short, I just ended up eating a microwave meal because there was no way I was touching the salad after seeing that. It could have been totally innocent, but I have never seen that before with the thai salad, so I don't know. Tried looking into contacting them but the contact form is down, so it seems like $21 went down the drain... :(
The food was fresh and served in adequate time. Our server was very nice, and knowledgeable about the menu.

Our waitress was also the bartender. That is a huge job and she did great. The pizza crust was overcooked, black in spots, and dried out.

CPK is a really, but to an extent. I don’t eat at CPK often but the Mililani location is the one that I always eat at if I do. They always give great service and the food comes out on time. It’s fresh and hot, with great flavor. The drink menu is good, but happy hour is a great value. 3pm-6pm is literally the best time to eat here.
Parking: It is located in a shopping center by a Times grocery store. There is plenty of parking available.
Kid-friendliness: The staff is friendly and. They have options for kids to eat. The atmosphere is calm and laid back. Great for children.

Our review on the California Pizza kitchen in Mililani Town center.
We ordered a burnt ends Pizza which should be barbecued brisket. After about 15 minutes they told us that they didn't have any burnt ends to make pizza out of. San Jose suggested the barbecue chicken Pizza. So we ordered that instead. It was very good but the weight was kind of long it was about 25 minutes before we got our food?
The drinks all have refills. I had a strawberry lemonade. And then I traded that for a peach lemonade. And for dessert I had key lime pie. The pie was okay the price was moderate. What two people it was about $50
Our waiter was Casey.
Ask for Casey he's good.

Dietary restrictions: I have a soy & lactose intoleracy and it's great that I can order a tomato pie, this is basically pizza with no cheese, customize stoppings to my dietary restrictions I can take my pizza home with the "Take and bake" option and cook it when I'm ready to eat.
Parking: It's a great hotspot for lunch for in and out activity and a great spot for nighttime dinners

Got their limited time offering for the summer watermelon salad-so so yummy and refreshing! Paired that with a cup of their barley soup, very filling and satisfying.

Service. That is what separates the experience here from all other CPK restaurants. My son decided to bring the first page of a book that he is writing and drawing himself. Had a good dinner, wonderful server who kept drinks flowing and checked in at perfect intervals on a Friday night rush. Perfect balance of personable without being too much.
But what takes the cake happened after we left. We forgot the page. I literally ran back as soon as I realized it was missing. I got there and asked the host and hostess to check even after they told me it likely got thrown away. They brought it out, and I never wished more that I hadn't forgotten my cash at home to leave them an additional tip. Thank you! You all rock! My 8 year old was happy too.
I don't go out to eat much, but will come back here just for the service.
