Sat May 17, 2025...Ive been to this chilis off and on over the last few years and it had been ok. This time the fajitas were really terrible. Really...no exaggeration. Nothing on the sauteed veggies and the chicken had very light specks of some sort of seasoning blend. Like a quick rushed afterthought. Totally bland. Pico de gallo was likewise bland and no help. It was all pretty dry assembled and all i tasted was the flour tortilla. I asked for hot sauce, all they had was tabasco. Young cook? Short staffed? Ive had fajitas here and other restuarants many times and i was completely surprised. Was there for my nephew so i wasnt ruining a nite by worrying about finding a manager and complaining there. I cannot pay almost $30 and have that again. Nephew liked the ribs. Salad my wife had was fine minus the quesdadillas she said pass on those. Server and restuarant itself was fine. Whatever was up with the cook? Cannot go there again sorry. Have to say avoid....just not what it used to be. Expensive.

I love chilis! It is a favorite of our family; but the pricing is ridiculous; but we live in Hawaii so we understand. What we really don’t understand is why they at least won’t participate in the rewards program. People spend a LOT of money there- this time I went with my two daughters and we ordered 2 kids meals, and a 5 piece chicken crispers meal with a side salad and side soup and just water to drink and it was $75! That in and of itself is shocking, but when they said they don’t participate in the rewards and we couldn’t have the free chips and salsa; well that just seems bitter.

Chilis is usually one of our favorite pots to visit for dinner. Most of the time the food is good and the service is great. This time around it was okay. Since it is hit or miss depending on who is the kitchen staff and manager, I give it a four out of five stars.

Came here on my birthday for the free dessert. It was the only reason I came here. I used to love the lava cake here but the unashamed price gouging leaves a pretty nasty aftertaste. Shame on them for ruining the only redeeming quality this overpriced underwhelming soulless chain establishment had. Save yourself the time, money and disappointment and just go hit your head against a wall for a happier birthday experience.

Person who was supposed to be manning the togo desk was missing the entire 20 minutes I was there. Two servers had to come to rectify the situation for myself and one other patron.

Waitress forgot my water for the entire meal. She forgot to bring napkins 3 times to the table. Very rude service.

Food was yummy. Salad was fresh. Beef skillet - hot and chips n salsa crispy and spice just right.
I ordered a cocktail and was told out of it, then another and out of that one too. Finally, the waitress let me know any drinks with Captain Morgan's they couldn't make because they were out of it.
Service - hostess was okay, cordial. Server was great trying to deliver messages from bar. Prompt on food orders.
Atmosphere was steady in between lunch and dinner.
