Haven't been to this location in years.very busy night.wait was around an hour. Staff was very nice and actually got us in ahead of projected time. Waiter Jason was awesome. Very helpful always checked up on us to make sure we were good. Food was ono but the service was 🤙🏽🤙🏽🤙🏽🤙🏽🤙🏽.everyone did great ! When your in the area give them a try if your lucky enough to get Jason as your server bonus !

Ordered from this place 2 times now and Everytime they mess up the whole order and this time they manage to give me someone elses order done ordering from this place and don’t recommend it for anyone

Haven’t eaten my food yet, but pretty disappointed that I wait for nearly 10 minutes without one employee even acknowledging my presence at the take out register. It’s not busy and I’m standing right in front of the kitchen. At least seven different employees make eye contact with me and say nothing. Hope food is better than the service!

Really confused on why there would be a chillis that doesn’t accept rewards? I love chillis for the free chips and salsa with purchase. I think it’s a scam to have a location that doesn’t accept rewards. I won’t be returning to this location ever.

Great food... terrible service and terrible atmosphere!!! Definitely not worth it will never be back after tonight we will just go to IHOP right across the street where the waiters are actually there and doing there job and where people aren't packed to the point where you can hardly sit at your table

Our waiter, Paka, was very inattentive the entire evening. It started off with him taking 10 minutes to even greet my husband and I. After that, it just went downhill. I often wondered where he had disappeared to. Our drinks were left empty for most of our meal. He only checked on us maybe twice. Meanwhile, the table behind us got checked on multiple times. When he finally took my card for payment, he disappeared again for another 20 minutes. At this point we were very concerned and wanted to leave ASAP. Food wise, the Cajun pasta was decent but definitely needed a lot more sauce. The chipotle chicken crispers were a lot blander than expected. Plus, they took away the honorable skillet queso.

It’s best to dine in. The few times that I chose pick up, I walked in and was not greeted after locking eyes with serval employees. Had to wait at least 15 mins before being asked for the name on my order. During that 15 mins, more employees continue to walk by without acknowledging me.

Had no wait to get a table but we did go early for dinner. Host was very friendly and even held the door open for us.
Service was okay, the waiter was nice but I guess he was a little busy because my drink took a while to refill.
Now the food… to be honest it’s not gonna be some five star food it’s just a casual restaurant. The ribs were hella dry, even though I got the ones with the sauce, I’m shocked they took away the corn on the cob that used to come with it. Also I do like some seasoning on my fries but they were loaded to the max and even my son’s one was too much.
Would I come back? Yeah sure, but not anytime soon.

Jeffery was a REALLY good server and the experience we were having was amazing. The manager made the experience short because she was disrespecting her own employees. The manager was new and making it difficult for Jeffery to work without problems.
