Well to start we didnāt even get our food. I placed an online order 30 min prior and once we arrived to this location stood there waiting for 40 min. The workers refused to acknowledge ANYONE waiting to pickup. It honestly was disheartening because I had never tried five guys before and was so excited. We ended up just leaving. Super super frustrated and disappointed

I've been sleeping on this place and recently tried and been here like 3 times in 1 week. I went with the small bacon burgz,Cajun fries and dr. Peps. Hoooo fck. BOMB. Go to burger place at the moment.

just visually it looks like something a bad cook put together in their backyard. very little care and attention to detail. the āgrilled onionsā were raw diced. youāll need a lot of water to wash these very dry unimaginative burgers down

Fries were like mashed potatoes soaked in oil. Twice fried French fries should be crisp. Shakes were watery and warm.
My husband and 5 year old just came from there. Tried to scam us without giving us the right burger. We ordered bacon cheese burgers. Husband watched them. They didn't put bacon on our burgers. Husband checked our food. No bacon. He went to the lady up front and said we didn't get bacon she tried to claim he didn't order bacon but he had the paper to prove that we did.
I don't know what kind of workers you have there but yall really need better people.

If u order delivery from their website, itās hard to get in touch with the store. Door dash hands are tied when u order from five guys directly and they send the order to door dash for pickup. HORRIBLE for the store to not answer their phone when Iāve called almost 20x! How do you miss an online order?! Iām missing a whole cheeseburger!
