Well to start we didnât even get our food. I placed an online order 30 min prior and once we arrived to this location stood there waiting for 40 min. The workers refused to acknowledge ANYONE waiting to pickup. It honestly was disheartening because I had never tried five guys before and was so excited. We ended up just leaving. Super super frustrated and disappointed

just visually it looks like something a bad cook put together in their backyard. very little care and attention to detail. the âgrilled onionsâ were raw diced. youâll need a lot of water to wash these very dry unimaginative burgers down
