just visually it looks like something a bad cook put together in their backyard. very little care and attention to detail. the “grilled onions” were raw diced. you’ll need a lot of water to wash these very dry unimaginative burgers down

My husband and 5 year old just came from there. Tried to scam us without giving us the right burger. We ordered bacon cheese burgers. Husband watched them. They didn't put bacon on our burgers. Husband checked our food. No bacon. He went to the lady up front and said we didn't get bacon she tried to claim he didn't order bacon but he had the paper to prove that we did.
I don't know what kind of workers you have there but yall really need better people.

If u order delivery from their website, it’s hard to get in touch with the store. Door dash hands are tied when u order from five guys directly and they send the order to door dash for pickup. HORRIBLE for the store to not answer their phone when I’ve called almost 20x! How do you miss an online order?! I’m missing a whole cheeseburger!

Wed10/22 4:20 mililani.Ist time there.. ordered 2 burgers with everything on it..came home ate it..the burgers had no taste..i had chips from home..had to eat ever bite with the pickel or a potatoe chip to get some taste. Meat patties were dry😒 bummer!!

Came at an off time (3pm) and waited in a short 2 person line. service was quick, and food was prepared rather quickly.
I forgot how satisfying food here is! The fries are perfectly done, crispy yet soft and a little salty but keep you coming back for more...and more~
I ordered a large fry and a hamburger (double patty) $21 total. My eyes were too big for my stomach! I barely finished half but can eat the rest for dinner later
MUST TRY the "all the way" free toppings order to your burger. The pickles, grilled onions, grilled mushrooms , tomato, lettuce, mustard , ketchup and mayo (I ordered mine with no mayo) make it perfection!
Parking: Large parking lot, many stall options available. Five Guys is right next to Mililani Town Center parking lot access making your car very easy to get to
