I chose to visit this location due to the other reviews stating excellent customer service. Kari was my waitress, and she did not disappoint. She was very informative and kind during our interaction! This was my first time trying Gyu-kaku and I made the mistake of ordering a few too many sides. They only charged me a la carte for the salad, which I was very grateful for.
