I arrived around 5 mins before closing and I asked the staff twice if it’s still okay to order. They said yes so I ordered Bad and Boujee. I felt so bad coming so late that I even tipped them. But tell me why they poured what tasted like a full amount of ginger with NO LEMONADE? I know it was rude of me to come in so late. But they could’ve said no they can’t take my order anymore. That’s $11 that was thrown in the trash. I ordered boba to reward myself and feel better after a bad day but all I get was an awful drink.

I am writing this review specifically for Infinitea in Mililani (95-1840 Meheula Pkwy, Ste C2, Mililani, HI 96789). I ordered the avocado drink, and the avocado in my drink was brown and tasted off, to the point that it did not taste like avocado at all. This is not the first time this has happened to me at this location, which makes me very concerned about the freshness and quality of the ingredients they are using.
I am genuinely worried that serving avocado in this condition could make someone sick, especially if they have a sensitivity or weaker immune system. The drink’s color, smell, and flavor all suggested that the avocado was not fresh and should not have been served. I strongly urge the management and staff at this specific Mililani location to review their food safety practices, check their avocado stock more carefully, and ensure that spoiled ingredients are never used.
To the employees and manager at Infinitea Mililani: please take this feedback seriously and address it with your team right away. Customers trust that what they are being served is safe and fresh, and experiences like this break that trust and can potentially be dangerous!

Found a piece of plastic in my drink. Got 25% sweetness and it was still overly sweet.
Many delicious tea and lemonade options!
The place is clean, not too busy, and has a few seats indoors.
The staff are always nice and friendly.
They have matcha, ube, classic taro, protein powder add-on, lemonade, so much options it can be hard to choose.
Milk alternatives are available and sugar/sweetness adjustable.
They have some food options as well, but I've never seen anyone order the food.

Got 2 regular sized drinks for $17 (paying cash; $18 and some change if I paid w/card). The brown sugar milk tea sweetness was perfect at 50% but the pearls were hard in the middle so I couldn’t fully enjoy it… the other drink was the Oreo crumble and it was okay.

Drinks just tasted like syrup, the fruit were off colour and mushy. Staff person said to just stir it. We ended up putting water in it to help fix the syrup flavor.
Very disappointed as this was said to be a very good boba spot. Ended up spending almost $20 for drinks we tossed in the trash.

The seal came off twice, I ask them two reseal it before I left didn't even make it to my car before it broke again. I ordered a monster taro milk tea with Boba was not great to put it simply you can buy the Boba kits online and they taste just like the drink I got.

I really love coming here for drinks! Everything tastes good and the workers are super nice. But the lids haven't been sealing properly for the longest time now and I've spilt so many drinks due to this. I hope they can get new machines or lids that don't pop off immediately!

Bought a boba from here twice both times weren’t the greatest. The tea is syrupy and doesn’t taste fresh and neither does the boba. Tonight we ordered a bbq quesadilla. The shredded meat was still cold and the cheese wasn’t even melted. We waited a quite a while to be served cold food. Was disappointed. Gave this place a second chance and won’t be back. Plus it’s slightly over priced for the quality.

I went here with my friends once, and after that, I couldn't stop coming here. I have spent like $500 here, and it was worth every penny. The staff are very kind, always smiling and being patient, the drinks are amazing, and it is a very cozy space. It is one of my favorite places to go, and if I ever want to go out with my friends, I always come here. I have lived in hawaii for 8 years, and I have gone to countless boba shops, but this is by far my favorite one. If you like sweet things, I recommend a lychee fruit tea with lychee jelly and boba, but it is very sweet so you might want to get 75% or 50% sweetness. If you don't like sweet that much, I recommend a hong kong tea with boba and chia seeds. I also recommend the cookies and cream milk tea with oreo falls and boba. If it's your first time coming there, then I recommend a brown sugar milk tea with boba. Also make sure to put in your phone number when you pay so that you can gain stars. You get one star for every purchase over 5 dollars, and if you have 12 stars, you get 5 dollars off. They never send you any text messages unless you get a star if you are wondering. I also recommend the chicken chipotle quesadilla if you want food, but if you are going to get one of their toast options or the nachos, be prepared because they don't look like the picture. They are good don't get me wrong, but a lot of people get too hyped up and then get disapointed when its not like the picture. The staff is also very quick when they are making their drinks, and I have never had to wait more than a minute to get my drinks. The food takes a little bit longer, but it is still pretty quick. Overall, it is amazing, and it is my favorite place to go to in the entire world. I would highly recommend that you visit.

Excellent quality drinks! Been living here 7 years and this is by far my favorite boba spot. Staff are quick and friendly, and the prices are competitive for the average cost of the area.
Parking: May have to hunt for a spot.

Small and cute boba shop selling teas, milk teas, blends, and smoothies, among some food items. I heard the ube milk tea here is really good, but I got the Li Hing fruit tea (black) with half sugar. I thought it was a bit too tarty, even after acknowledging it doesn’t have milk to cut that flavor profile. I couldn’t taste the fruits it was suppose to include. The tapioca pearls were pretty standard boba, somewhat chewy and cut easily. Maybe the ube tea is the best option at this place.
Very nice in there and I got me a large taro smoothie with ice cream blended ?
