Bought a boba from here twice both times weren’t the greatest. The tea is syrupy and doesn’t taste fresh and neither does the boba. Tonight we ordered a bbq quesadilla. The shredded meat was still cold and the cheese wasn’t even melted. We waited a quite a while to be served cold food. Was disappointed. Gave this place a second chance and won’t be back. Plus it’s slightly over priced for the quality.

I went here with my friends once, and after that, I couldn't stop coming here. I have spent like $500 here, and it was worth every penny. The staff are very kind, always smiling and being patient, the drinks are amazing, and it is a very cozy space. It is one of my favorite places to go, and if I ever want to go out with my friends, I always come here. I have lived in hawaii for 8 years, and I have gone to countless boba shops, but this is by far my favorite one. If you like sweet things, I recommend a lychee fruit tea with lychee jelly and boba, but it is very sweet so you might want to get 75% or 50% sweetness. If you don't like sweet that much, I recommend a hong kong tea with boba and chia seeds. I also recommend the cookies and cream milk tea with oreo falls and boba. If it's your first time coming there, then I recommend a brown sugar milk tea with boba. Also make sure to put in your phone number when you pay so that you can gain stars. You get one star for every purchase over 5 dollars, and if you have 12 stars, you get 5 dollars off. They never send you any text messages unless you get a star if you are wondering. I also recommend the chicken chipotle quesadilla if you want food, but if you are going to get one of their toast options or the nachos, be prepared because they don't look like the picture. They are good don't get me wrong, but a lot of people get too hyped up and then get disapointed when its not like the picture. The staff is also very quick when they are making their drinks, and I have never had to wait more than a minute to get my drinks. The food takes a little bit longer, but it is still pretty quick. Overall, it is amazing, and it is my favorite place to go to in the entire world. I would highly recommend that you visit.

Stoped by with the bae because we were waiting for our take out order. Somtooed by for an early dinner Friday. Service was amazing, shout to the Asian girl with glasses who helped us with our first time here. Got the honeydew smoothie and the the strawberry dream off of the popular menu. Both drinks were tasty, but didn't realize it was kinda in the pricy side.

Would rate this place 0 stars actually. Lazy employees, go in and see girls on phones head down. Girl In front shouldn't be on her phone. Same kids working all the time. No one looks happy to be working, they look at customers as a inconvenience. So I'm like screw this place I take my money somewhere else. And if I like get food from Costco than I'll go Costco. They make bank of of Costco products. Wouldn't recommend. This place is garbage!

I decided to go with the Avocado Boba smoothie. Taste was delicious. It was not too sweet. Pricing is on par with other bubble tea shops. No seating. Only take out.

So disappointing I was craving a good boba drink and tried infinitea at Kamakana Alii and loved their drinks. I got the strawberry dream.. in the picture there was fresh strawberries and it looked so refreshing so I got it with boba. When I drank it it was straight up sweet strawberry syrup & the boba was HARD! My daughter got Ube in love and her boba was hard also. Wasted $20.

Excellent quality drinks! Been living here 7 years and this is by far my favorite boba spot. Staff are quick and friendly, and the prices are competitive for the average cost of the area.Parking: May have to hunt for a spot.

I really wanted this to be a five star review but the only things that kept me from doing that is the overall price paid and the taste of the real lobster sandwich. We tried the lobster sandwich for the first time and it did not look like the picture on the wall. The bread was instead an everything bagel which I actually was excited for. When we tasted everything together, it seemed that the lobster wasn't even fresh and was canned. The flavor it was coated in was just so odd that I can't describe it. At least the sandwich came with chips though. Their boba is really good, fresh and the drinks we got tasted really nice. I had the frosty geisha which is just a matcha frappe and added boba and ice cream to it and it did not disappoint! Service was really friendly and the girls who helped us apologized for the wait even though we didn't wait too long and understood our order would take time. Their dining area is closed so you're not able to sit while you're waiting. It seems like a covid practice. The sign on their door also states they only allow 5 people in the store at one time. Overall, we would come back for the drinks and friendly service but will maybe hold off on the food. We dropped $60+ on 2 drinks and 2 sandwiches to give an idea of "breaking the bank".

Cookie Monster is my go to!! It's so delicious. I'm not a big fan of Boba or tapioca balls in my drink but there's so much cookies in the drink that it's almost like having tapioca in the drink anyways. I actually wish I could make having extra cookies in it an option. I feel like the price is very reasonable. About the same going rate as any other Boba place but they have a pretty wide selection of flavors and options. I've only tried the Mililani location but definitely worth trying!

I've come here three different times and while the staff is kind and quick to make my order and the drinks itself are very good (honeydew smoothie, regular milk tea), the boba leaves a lot to be desired. It's always very inconsistent - either too soft or too hard or a mix of both :( To be known as a "boba" place is very underwhelming when the boba leaves a lot to be desired. Maybe I'll come back but not add boba and just drink the smoothie. The honeydew is really quite good!

My fav boba shop/chain in Hawaii!!! The workers always do a good job on making sure my drinks are sweet & flavorful enough so they aren't a watered down mess after 5 min. Brown Sugar Milk Tea/Thai tea with Boba are my go to pick-me-up drinks after a long day!

Small and cute boba shop selling teas, milk teas, blends, and smoothies, among some food items. I heard the ube milk tea here is really good, but I got the Li Hing fruit tea (black) with half sugar. I thought it was a bit too tarty, even after acknowledging it doesn’t have milk to cut that flavor profile. I couldn’t taste the fruits it was suppose to include. The tapioca pearls were pretty standard boba, somewhat chewy and cut easily. Maybe the ube tea is the best option at this place.

Ube smoothie with coconut jelly...Yummy! Easy location, good parking and fast service.

I think it's this shopping center. Spent 9$ on a small boba drink and the girl that took my order has an attitude. Poor poor service tonight

Got the almond rocca. It just tasted like orgain chocolate protein powder with almond milk. Was it worth $10? Not at all.
