They have messed my order up a few times in a row now and I would like to see past that but it’s getting a little out of hand. We ordered a combo and we were not charged for a combo but everything separate. I ordered a bacon platter, got the wrong item and got charged for extra bacon? I tried letting staff/manager know about the issue and she was nothing but rude and unprofessional. She believed she was right when I have the receipt to prove it.
Overall terrible experience and I think staff needs to be reworked

While the restaurant was clean enough and the food didn't make me violently sick, the staff was confrontational and rude. I've never experienced such hostility at such a happy place. Goodbye Jack, time to get my gut blasting tacos at TBell 😢

To the owner of the Mililani location. Saturday April 12th 9:23pm. Why is your front entrance door locked🔒? The hours are listed as dine in open till 10:00pm. Please hire more staff so that your restaurant can operate to full capacity.

I was reallllly wanting an Oreo shake but the guy at the counter said the machine was down. I settled for 2 tacos. Every step I took I was reminded the floor was sticky. The window behind my husband looked like it had been cleaned with a greasy rag. It was a sad and disappointing visit.

Ordered food thru Uber last night and never received order. They kept delaying, after 2 hours, we gave up. We tried again this morning and this time the order was never made. We tried calling jack in the box Mililani, but no one answered the phone.

The Mililani Jack in the box is very convenient for me they are located next to the Transit center and the Town center. So when I day trip places and just need a snack returning I stop in get French fries ( best fries around, always fresh ) and they have large assortment of the beverages. I live down the street not far from there and those evenings when I'm late to pick up something for dinner because the restaurants in the Town Center all seem to close around 8 pm I can rest assured no anxiety from missing dinner I can stop by the Jack in the Box and find something to eat there. You should try there sourdough sandwiches tastes like you cooked it at home. The people working there are always friendly and fast to get your order ready especially since the drive through is way busier then the walk up counter they still find time for me. A Huge picture of " the man " Jack, greets you as you walk in and the place seems clean and has some good music to listen to. That's all I got for Jack in the Box...SBW .

Went through the drive through tonight, idk who was working tonight, but thank you guys !! My food looked & tasted good. You can tell when your food was made with care & I think this was the best my food has ever been! My order also came out super fast, there was no line, & the cashier was friendly & professional. Very satisfied customer! Much mahalos 🤙🏽
I am over 66 years old and must take the bus to dine at your Mililani restaurant. It’s extremely annoying that all the doors are locked . I have no car so I can’t go thru the drive through. I come to get food over 5 times a month and spend over $24.00 each time.

The Jack n box restaurant when I walked into the restaurant is so dirty, dirty tables, there’s rubbish on the floor.,almost every table has some kind of trash. I asked the manager who’s going to clean the tables. She said we are business. 20 minutes has elapsed and the dinning room is still dirt. One star for lack of cleanliness, and bad service.,

I got spicy chicken sandwich no mayo no tomato, and a 5 piece chicken tender. I was given a chicken sandwich that had no lettuce, had tomato and was so slathered in mayo you could couldn't find the chicken. And yknow i could let that go if i could scrape it off but there was so much i gave up and threw out my sandwich then as a consolation i got to my 5(remember this number) piece chicken tender i open that box and what do i get 2 chicken tenders! Wow lucky me! Just what i wanted after a 9 hour shift at my restaraunt job.
