A nice Jack in the Box to stop after a Walmart or after a movie. They're open 24hrs and pretty quick. I have never had anyone mess up my order and they're pretty friendly.Parking: Not much to say about parking. There are normally spaces available but It can get a bit crowded since the drive thru runs through it.
Okay - this was a great burger. Don’t you hate it when you are served something unrecognizable from what is advertised? Not the case at Jack in the Box. I’d never eaten here before, and rarely eat meat now, but this was amazing.

Horrible horrible service they don’t answer the phone when you call. Food completely undercooked. Looked at me like I was stupid while I waited for my food in the drive thru because they forgot the order so they gave me raw tacos an burnt fries along with attitude. They also have broken two of my teeth while eating here an would do nothing about it. In one taco there was a rock an the other had a phone charger tip in it both times they refused to help me instead they responded with “what do u want me to do” they are disgusting coughing on the food the manager was starting at a wall while I waited 20 minutes for a simple meal an now they refuse to answer they’re phone horrible horrible place to drive who ever gives them 5 stars is a complete lair. They even forgot my how to make they’re own sandwiches, I’ve called every jack in the box on Oahu an not one picks up the Mililani location hung up in me I expect something to be done.

I know another fast food place! Unlike some of the competition, here you get the real thing. If you want a chicken sandwich, you might pay a little more, but you get a true chicken sandwich with all the trimings! The taste is great and the trimming fresh.

My son went to the drive through and order Double Bacon sourdough Jack..The first thing my son heard from the order speaker..”We’re all Out”?How the hell your out..No Patties!!?♂️So why is it still serving and open?This Jacks is a Joke!!.So they serving Curly fries and drinks only.

Our sandwiches was awful!! The sandwiches was old and soggy. The sauce on mine was dripping in the package, and everything tasted as if the burgers were sitting in the warming bins all day. The food should be fresh, and it shouldnt matter what time of the day it was! Took a bite with disgust, and in the trash they went!

Extremely poor customer service. We were in the drive thru and before we left we checked our order and informed them we were missing one value fry. The first lady listened to us repeat the same thing 3 times and then proceeded to just walk away after we told her it was not in the bag. Another lady came to the window and again we repeated our order 2 more times and said all we were missing was a value fry. She then asked to check our bags as if out of all the things we ordered a value fry would be the thing we would lie about. Extremely poor service.
