Yummy acai bowls, smoothies. It's cool that they've expanded their menu since the last time I've been here. There are sandwiches and pretzels too. It's a cute and clean atmosphere, great service.Dietary restrictions: You can get alternative milks for any of the smoothies.Kid-friendliness: I'd bring my kids in, there is a clean restroom for customers, indoor and outdoor patio seating.Wheelchair accessibility: The doors do not self-operate, but there are wide aisles, lower bar heights, and the restroom is accessible.

This is my go-to Jamba location. The service is quick and my drink is always so yummy! I tried their new cranberry drink today and it was creamy and delicious. I highly recommend this location!

The girls behind the counter were nice and smiled at me the manager is super cute but has a boyfriend sadly, my orange dream was super sweet. I always come here

No friendly Customer service or greeting nor Thank you. There was only one customer waiting when I walked in, so clearly these workers weren't stressed. I wasn't met with any kind of warm greeting. Took the boy a bit to give me my change, it wasn't complicated at all. Perhaps, it was his first day, idk. My drink came out at a decent amount of time. The girl who put my drink on the counter, called out what it was, didn't even bother to look up at me nor crack a smile nor thank me. I looked up and thanked her, she just turned around saying nothing and walked away as if she couldn't even bother with me. This is my second time here, I thought the first time was a fluke of non warm employees, but clearly it wasn't. The drink was good as expected, but I will not be returning because of the poor quality of customer service.

Barely any food in my bowl. It was literally 60% full. So disappointing. The bowl wasn't even mixed properly. I asked the young lady behind the counter if it's supposed to be that way and she said ya. But, seems like they are lacking leadership and guidance and only young high schoolers work at the shop. Disappointing.

This isn't my first time, nor my first bad experience at this location. There's no leadership or management here either. Seems like there was one was older than twenty in here. Last time I was here, my order was wrong, the time before that they tried to give me someone else's order. This time, the order was correct, BUT the acai bowl was half full. How do you measure these bowls? Isn't there a measuring tool that tells you how much acai, how much fruits to use? I've had half bowls at other locations as well. If the acai bowl is half full, then refund me for the other half that other customers get. Can this be considered a class action is they are consistently ripping customers off by filling half the container here and there?Who teaches these kids to staple the paper bags? A kindergartener? The bag wasn't even sealed or folded and just stapled all over the place. If no one can run this place like a proper business, the franchise owner should shut it down. I don't like writing so many negative reviews, but it's the only way to contact anyone at this business. I've tried contacting them through their website but their communication only works one way, from them apologizing to me and that's it. I can't start any conversation or reply. My wife loves acai bowls and can't find other local business that have them so we tolerate this business. But I will not be given half bowls of acai for the same price without letting people know.

I love Jamba! I love my lychee with boba..I normally don't come here to this location, maybe once a month.. I like moanalua shopping center better.. staff are friendly and service always good.. This location though is a bit different.. cashier doesn't acknowledge you at all not even a smile or even just a simple hello to greet a customer.. or ask if you are ready to order.. I had to ask the cashier if he was ready to take my order. ambience wise, sucks, it's too warm, maybe that's why the employees are miserable. At least the person who made my drink was nicer, he at least said "thank you and have a nice day" he should've been the cashier..

I gave them a second chance from the last time I ordered an açaí bowl it was frozen sherbet. Here is the story,We went to Jamba on a hot hot day, I ordered an açaí bowl as my dad went to foodland to get some goods. But as I was waiting, I didn't hear the blender I was confused then it was ready (it took a little while) so I took it to the car and I took a bite. Frozen sherbet... 11. 29 $ for sherbet, and the bananas were mushy and overripe. Only the toppings were good.In summary, don't get açaí bowl get smoothie, especially don't get açaí bowl from here.

I went here after going to the gym. I decided to get the Chocolate Moo'd Smoothie. I made sure to inform the cashier of my food allergies. She made sure to make note of them and confirmed them with me. While I waited for my drink, I noticed that the store was well kept and clean. It really was not that busy and I didn't wait long for my drink. It was really good. It Tayside nice and fresh. This is a great place to go if you want a sweet treat.

I just came over from the town center location... there were a few people who already ordered and 3 in front of me... I waited for about 5 min when I realized no one was going to take our order...so I drove over here... this location is wayyyy faster. Upon entering the store, I was quickly greeted with a friendly hello. There were a few people who already ordered and a lady in front of me ordering.... When it was my turn I didn't feel rushed when placing my order. The cashier patiently waited till I was ready and completely done ordering. When she was done taking orders she quickly put on gloves and went to go help make the orders.... Loved how everyone was busy working trying to fulfill all the orders.
