Cashier got my order completely wrong. Manager came over and gave me correct order. However she didn't give me my overcharge return. So, in essence, I overpaid for my order.

We love bringing the kids here. We probably go once per week. They've never messed-up an order, the drive through line always moves pretty quickly and the service is always polite. It gets super busy here though, so prepare to navigate some traffic.

Drive thru can be a little slow esp. when it's lunch and dinner. After 9ish pm drive thru has only one open and need to pay at last window. Line can be slow.

Food was delivered to our table quickly and fresh!
This location is always great, staff is super friendly. Even when the line is wrapped around the building as I am pulling up I can count on the efficiency of the staff to get my order to me quickly. Highly recommend if you like McDonalds.

McDonald quality food, with special dishes, only found in Hawaii for breakfast. Nice to have something reasonably priced on Waikiki Beach.

I love McDonalds but I went a few days ago and ordered the 2 cheeseburger meal and got a horrifying surprise inside with one of my burgers. Someone had taken a bite of my burger and they gave it to me like that. I was disappointed and disgusted so I went back and the working manager took back the food and replaced it... Also I'm trying to add a picture for proof but it does not allow me to include a photo!!
