Drive thru can be a little slow esp. when it's lunch and dinner. After 9ish pm drive thru has only one open and need to pay at last window. Line can be slow.

This location is always great, staff is super friendly. Even when the line is wrapped around the building as I am pulling up I can count on the efficiency of the staff to get my order to me quickly. Highly recommend if you like McDonalds.

McDonald quality food, with special dishes, only found in Hawaii for breakfast. Nice to have something reasonably priced on Waikiki Beach.

I love McDonalds but I went a few days ago and ordered the 2 cheeseburger meal and got a horrifying surprise inside with one of my burgers. Someone had taken a bite of my burger and they gave it to me like that. I was disappointed and disgusted so I went back and the working manager took back the food and replaced it... Also I'm trying to add a picture for proof but it does not allow me to include a photo!!
Employees don't know how to apply the app deals. Was trying to use the $2 off any breakfast sandwich w/ egg. Cashier said that I had to buy 2 egg Mcmuffins to use that deal. Kinda wanna know how many customers that came before me got ripped off when using that deal, and with her cashing them out. Went to Gentry location and I was able to use the deal for 1 Egg Mcmuffin with no problems. This restaurant always has a limited menu. No soft serve, no Frappe's. Now they are having problems with their coffee supplier. Ice coffee is either too milky or water down. This restaurant need a complete and total overhaul badly.

At 2:10pm today, I ordered 2 large fries from the kiosk inside to avoid the long line of the drive-thru and received a refund instead of my food after waiting 40 minutes.
I waited 10 minutes in line because no one serviced us at the counter. Then I decided to place my order at the kiosk because the employees, including the manager, were only accommodating the drive-thru customers.
After 30 additional minutes of waiting, I asked a manager to help us all because 7 people including myself were waiting just as long.
I had to go pick up my daughter from the after-school program and told the manager that he needed to balance out the service because it was not fair to be ignored. He was not happy about me asking for my food.
It was too much for him to handle when I reasonably and politely asked if he could give me my two large fries or I would have to ask for a refund.
He had a nasty attitude and chose to give me a refund instead of my food. This manager should be fired for his temperament towards oath Ng customers. His lack of care towards humanity and lack of customer service is unacceptable for a fast food employee. I was not expecting this treatment.
1ST of all, waiting 40 minutes for large fries at McDonald's is ridiculous and unacceptable.
2nd of all, the amount of time it took him to give me a refund: he could have given me my food. But his stubbornness led me out of this establishment, feeling horrible and mistreated.
3rd of all, hevyas no business managing any establishment. He has zero customer service etiquette and even worse: a nasty attitude.
