went through the drive thru for a 2 cheeseburger meal. they literally had every car pull to a parking spot. every car got their food but mine. i waited 15-20 min. eventually walked in to get my food, which wasnt even ready still... its like they forgot they took my order and payment, gave me a receipt then nothing was done until i was forced to walk in after waiting so long. this place really needs to learn how to run a drive thru. people can wait at the window for a few minutes to get theyre food... you dont need to send everyone to go park when you cant even track all the cars that did park... to put into perspective i was car 3 out of 10 that went and parked and my food wasnt even made until i went inside to tell them that they forgot to bring out my order...

This is the best McDonald's, and probably the best fast food place, in Mililani to go to if you want order accuracy and speed.I have yet to receive an order with an item missing so far, and I am rarely waiting long when using the app. Also points add up quickly so we get free happy meals for the kids pretty often.

Finally home on the island, I must get that McRib. We went to the Mililani Town location because it is on our way home. We entered and was greeted by the manager. The restaurant was clean. Music was playing in the background. I decided that we would dine in and enjoy our dinner. That McRib was life. Hot and juicy. I'm special..no pickles, no onions add mayonnaise and 2 slices of American Cheese. Hubby loves his, just like it comes. French fries were hot and crisp. That Powerade quenched the soul. This is one my Favorite locations to visit.

...I just wanted a sausage egg McMuffin with cheese. Had a hankering, and exercised it. At the end of the day, it's McDonald's... you know what you're getting, what kind of service you're going to get (from highschool kids with an attitude, and it's likely their first job), and the "quality" of the food you're going to get.

Clean location, friendly and hard-working staff. However, they don't provide your meal in the order it was received. It appears they prioritize drive and curbside orders to the detriment of those eating in. It took between 20-25 minutes to receive my order.
