McDonald's is a modern restaurant with a clean and bright seating area. The staff is very nice, and drive-through and walk-in services are generally fast. However, the restaurant is not 24 hours as claimed, and service can be inconsistent, with issues at the self-service kiosks and incorrect orders. The restaurant's cleanliness is also a concern, with sticky floors inside and in the men's restroom. Some staff members, like JC, are very patient and understanding, especially when dealing with long waits or mistakes. Despite the busy breakfast rush and occasional problems, there are moments of good service, and customers appreciate staff members who go above and beyond.
