Absolutely awful experience and exactly why we rarely go out, we don’t go to McDonald’s. Ordered ahead on my app for curbside pickup. Only 3 spots for curbside and they were all taken. So I just switched it to pickup inside, no problem. Waited for 30 minutes before I find out they ‘lost’ my order. Probably could have found out sooner if they had anyone working the front, but instead it’s just employees calling a number out, dropping the order on the counter, ignoring customers, and going right back to the back. Then once I get my ‘remade’ order, they try giving me the original smoothies that were sitting on the counter 30+ minutes and watered down. I spoke directly to the male manager and didn’t even get an apology for their error, that was the very least at he could have done but didn’t bother. I get being understaffed in the service industry, but that doesn’t mean customers shouldn’t be treated with just a little bit of common courtesy.

This review would be one star if it wasn't for JC. Made a curbside order and waited 45 minutes. Then went through the drive thru line for another 30 minutes to try to retrieve my order since I couldn't go to another McDonalds without getting charged for this dumpster fire. No one seemed to care until I got to the final window and JC was so patient and understanding and apologetic for everyone else's screw ups. Give her a raise because you all don't know how to hire people who give a damn. Unreal.

Came in around 7:30pm decently sized line in the drive through and sufficiently full parking lot. I made an online order and within 3 minutes I was out with my order done correctly, with some of the best quality I've had from a McDonalds. Great experience

I have been to this location multiple times and sat through the drive-through line only to find out. They only have tapwater for drinks no bottled water no soft drinks no tea no coffee no anything are you kidding me McDonald’s Milani you can do better.

Took ages - 35min - to get the food even though only one other customer was there. But I have to say that the stuff here was really friendly; Even little things like holding the door open - 5/5?? and the toilet and tables were very clean ??

Some fat lady with big hair was being rude at the drive thru window. We asked her for the total and she yelled at us. Told us that everything was in the bag. We are missing 3 large fries, 6 chicken, 1 big Mac sandwich.
