It’s Christmas Eve … and I know it’s a busy day (breakfast & lunch switchover) and alot of customers … but I did a preorder on the app … for breakfast because my youngest daughter wanted sausage egg McMuffin . I promised her yesterday … but as I drove from base and almost to the McDonald’s like 10:40 it got canceled … I ordered before breakfast and lunch switch 1000 …. I told the sweet cashier she’s so nice I forgot the name lol but thank you and her manager who told me they only had 2 they can make and I was appreciated of whatever … I said thank you !!! And thanks to the staff but especially thanks to the cashier in front and the manager my daughter is so happy … little gestures & amazing customer service made my lil family happy !! #singlemomlife happy daughter & happy mom. They are just unbearably slow. It doesn’t matter if you’re inside or in the God forsaken drive thru line. Inside at least you can walk out, drive thru you’re stuck. It doesn’t matter what time of day you go. They just can’t figure out how to get the “fast” in fast food.

Went about 11pm - not many vehicles going thru the drive-thru (one lane open late at night) but getting the food was a bit slow so it held up the line.

The lady in the payment window doesn't know what a brownie cookie means. I asked several times and she gave me a chocolate chips cookie. Also she made fun of me with her colleges in front of me because I asked many times to confirm, and still they delivered the wrong cookie. Very rude and ridiculous.

One time they gave me raw chicken nuggets so that was fun. Then yesterday I was missing a fry so that sucked even though I understand it's a long standing tradition of mcdonald's. Overall this location hits more often than they miss though

The guy was rude when i ordered and had us wait a while because of short staff , went to the window then we had to wait for a person , told us to go to wait in a stall & we waited over 20 minutes, went inside and they told us to hold on , & had us waiting another 20 minutes , we arrived at 10:20 & left at 11:25.
I have had issues ordering from here several times now. Each time I would send the order in around 9:45 and when a delivery person come to pick it up, the manager tells the the order was put in after breakfast hours and then I never get my food. Idk why this happens when it say the food is being prepared right after I send in the order. Just ruins my trust in this restaurant.
