As others have mentioned, they have multiple unscheduled closings even though they advertise their location as open 24 hours. Although irritating, this wouldn't be so bad if they didn't also continue to take online orders during these unscheduled closings. Despite employees still working inside there is no way to refund or cancel the order after arriving at the closed store. Corporate would probably not appreciate this franchise lying about their business hours and ignoring online orders during these unscheduled closings.

THIS RESTAURANT IS NOT 24 HOURS. I have been there many times between the hours of midnight and 0300 in the morning and they have always been closed. But they still have a 24 hour sign. Modern McDonald's with all the new additions. Very nice staff. And fast delivery for drive through and walk in.Mr. Carlyle

Don't bother going inside. All self-ordering kiosk things are inoperable (either they say it's not working, won't accept payment, or touch screen doesn't work) and no one will come to the cash register even if you wait 10 minutes. Not sure why the inside is even open if they don't serve food. I usually don't enjoy eating in my car so I don't really go here anymore.

The food is decent, and the seating area is fine. The tables are clean and the surrounding is nice and bright. You can see the chickens walking and foraging outside. The big downside is the service. The self-service kiosks are not working (quite often), and the workers can't get my orders right (missing items, forgot my items, gave me someone else's order, etc).

It's McDonald's. Everything is good quality, except the Filet O Fish. It's bland.
Since app and panel ordering has become the mainstay, counter ordering and taiyou tend to be lacking. When the cleaning staff came to the service counter, they looked away and completely ignored us. I didn't even call the cashier and just passed by. The floors inside the store and in the men's restroom were sticky. worst.

Waited 10 minutes for a mobile order. Had to ask for order and they filled it within 3 minutes but no straw in the bag. Seems like they are very much concentrated on the endless line at the drive through or are they just slow workers ??

I ordered 2 big breakfast and noticed hash browns were not in a separate package.Employee just dumped hash browns inside package. This is very insanitary.

The worst McDonalds on island. Customer service is atrocious.. manager is terrible and not willing to do anything to assist mistakes they make! Had to fight for a refund on an order they couldn't fulfill. Go to a different MCDONALD'S!!!
