Glenn Baer provides excellent customer service at the Mililani Tiwn Ctr location. He is very patient and caring. He explains things clearly and answers questions or concerns promptly. The estimate of costs ( insurance vs my out of pocket expense) was quite accurate. Mahalo!!!

I was in good hands from my initial phone call with Cindy. She covered what my medical insurance would cover and helped schedule an appointment in your Mililani office.My audiologist, Glenn Baer, is a joy to work with. He was very thorough in doing my hearing test and went carefully through my list of concerns, like arthritis in my hands, use with reading glasses and pierced earrings.Glenn also provided me with interesting facts on why we hear some words and not others and also how long-term loss can result in dementia for seniors.When he presented me with 5 selections of hearing aids, I saw a set that I thought I would really like. Glenn had me to do a careful review of all five, that varied in style and price, before making my final decision. I really appreciated that.After receiving my hearing aids, I was in contact via phone and email with the office (Cindy) and Glenn on any questions that arose before my next follow-up visit. They are so great about that!They encourage your understanding of how to use your aids every day and how to maintain them also. This is so important because I have friends that have abandoned theirs aids because of these two reasons.

Customer care is taken seriously by the staff of Pacific Hearing. They go to extremes to assure that their product is functioning at its highest level and that patient comfort and confidence is the priority.
