He was very thorough in doing my hearing test and went carefully through my list of concerns, like arthritis in my hands, use with reading glasses and pierced earrings.Glenn also provided me with interesting facts on why we hear some words and not others and also how long-term loss can result in dementia for seniors.When he presented me with 5 selections of hearing aids, I saw a set that I thought I would really like. Glenn had me to do a careful review of all five, that varied in style and price, before making my final decision. I really appreciated that.After receiving my hearing aids, I was in contact via phone and email with the office (Cindy) and Glenn on any questions that arose before my next follow-up visit. They are so great about that!They encourage your understanding of how to use your aids every day and how to maintain them also. This is so important because I have friends that have abandoned theirs aids because of these two reasons.

I've been having a hard time getting an appointment to purchase a hearing aid. I already took the hearing tests and screenings, but my dr doesn't sell any. So I've been calling around and a lot of places won't see me for another couple of weeks. This morning I went on Google and found this place in Mililani. The guy on the phone was really helpful and polite. They actually was able to get me in at 1:30p. Then i got a call saying if i wanted to go in earlier, they was available at 12:45p. I was so excited to finally be seen by someone! Glenn B was awesome! He showed me what they had, i got to try some on to see how they felt... He was just awesome! I left the office able to hear again! I would recommend this place... They even finance!
