I ordered a family meal online to enjoy the meal with my family in the restaurant. When I picked up my order I asked if I could buy 4 child sized drinks for my children ages 11, 9, 7, and 3. The sales person said I’d have to buy 4 child’s meals if I wanted the child sized drinks and that they don’t sell the child sized drinks by themselves. I ended up being forced to buy 4 small drinks which was way too huge for my younger kids for $2.50 each. This was on top of spending $47 and change for a family meal.
I am really disappointed at this location for resorting to this type of sales tactics to squeeze money out of families like mine. We already bought a family meal and then they tell me I’d have to buy 4 kids meals to get 4 kids size drink cups? Give me a break. What an insult. I’m sorry, but I will not support this location any longer for this reason.

I’m actually in Panda Express Mililani & wanted to share my experience before I forget. I came in tonight at a very slow time there was not a whole lot of each food left as it was after the dinner rush. I ordered two plates & a bowl some of my order had to be cooked which is fine I’ve been coming here for a while. But what stood out to me was the worker one in particular Gil he was very welcoming & pleasant. As I was waiting he asked if I wanted some water while I waited. All while keeping me updated on the status of my food. He was such a bright spot in the night. Keep up the great work Gil I appreciate your kindness & professionalism!

This is not the first time I come to this Panda Express and they are out of certain things I understand it gets busy but they had no chow mein. I was told it would be a 5 minute wait so I agreed to wait. The rest of my food was already bagged. It took 15 minutes for them to make it and then when it was ready I got no apology for the long wait time. The manager was not considerate and is rude. She had an attitude yelling at an employee to make the chow mein and kept rolling her eyes like if it was my fault. Customer service needs to improve In this location! I was so upset there was also others waiting for the same thing today!

Went there today (7/7/24 11:45am) and they were short handed employees. Manager (female) and 2 workers in the midst of lunch hour. Customers lining up with orders, food started to run low then some customers having to wait as did us. Manager was doing ALL the cooking and 2 workers handling the front. This crew was amazing! Manager handled everything so smoothly and professionally. Had to tell the Manager she was magnificent. Food was super fresh. Corporate should recognize this Manager and 2 workers!
