Poorly managed. Waited 30 minutes to pick up Uber eats during a non-peak period (4:30 on a Monday). Do better.

Food ok but portion size small. Order done online, but maybe if order done in person would be more generous.

For what you pay and what you receive, it's hard to beat the value here. Whether you want rice, noodles, or a vegetable option to your side, you can get a decent portion that could serve as two meals for a moderate eater or will probably fill a good sized eater for around $13 unless you get premium items.I'm a regular here that orders Super Greens and three beef broccoli servings while using the survey offer found on each receipt (gives one more small portion for free with a two choice plate). All said, this order comes out to $11.52 with tax.The manager, Sherry, and workers here have always been good to me, so I go back once or twice a week for the meal, and I portion it at home to spread out the cooked veggies with my other meals (many times, steak from Times and rice (I know I'm pakeh... and in truth I'm half... but I often save rice from Zippy's or other places when I get more than one scoop, so I warm that up to go with my other meals)).I don't eat in, but the ambiance every time I've gone is that of a mainly take-out spot with a few seats to dine in. The kitchen and customer service noise is what you'd expect from a place that has an open kitchen and almost constant customers at lunch or dinner hours.

Avoid the mililani one. Portions are super small AND they just served me spoiled fried rice. I went in on August 20, 2023 Sunday at 5:30pmMust be a new chef too because the tofu eggplant was junk also.

We were in a pinch and decided to try Panda Express for a quick meal. I have seen it everywhere growing up but never went out of way to order it. I always wondered why there is always a line out the door. Now I know why! For less than $15, you could get a box of flavorful protein & carbs to feed your entire family. I appreciate that they don't add msg in their food. The service was very efficient. The honey walnut shrimp was the best (extra $1.5). It was comparable to the ones you get at take out Americanized Chinese restaurants. The orange chicken is addicting. Both of those dishes seem to use the same sauce. I also liked the eggplant and tofu dish. Also comparable with what you'd get in other Chinese restaurant. The chow mien was not oily at all so I felt pretty good eating it. I loved how you could also do half half with noodles and their stir fried veggies. The stir fried veggies is really healthy tasting! Light and full of cabbage and broccoli.I also appreciate the outdoor seating available at town center for this location.

Great customer service workers are pretty fast. Clean. I love panda express one of me and my kids favorite food. But there are times when you can tell vegetables are soggy and looks like they don't stir the food often cause look like the new meat is on top and the old meat that's soaked are at the bottom. But I still love pandas.

People are very nice and the setup is great! The food is very affordable and you can get enough food to feed the family. My kids love the orange chicken!

Not only did I order 30 minutes in advance to give them time to make the food since it's never ready when I go to pick it up, but they made me wait over 20 minutes when I got there and sent a text saying it was ready way before my order time. Meaning they're sending fake texts to make it look like they're fast when in reality it took nearly double what it was supposed to. Then to top it off I found a long black hair sitting on top of my food when I opened it. Nobody in my family has black hair. Good food but the workers are lazy.

I can't express it enough... if you hate your job, quit! Don't s*** on someone else's parade by having a sour attitude! Walk in, immediately angry faces staring at you, one lady making the plates, two counting cash, one walks away, another goes to the kitchen with the same gloves she was counting cash with & the same lady making the plates is calling for a cashier while its 3 customer deep just waiting for be rung up. There is no team work but no excuse for terrible service!

Best Chinese food in hawaii, had the orange chicken, pepper chicken, string beans, chow mein and fried rice. Best value we have had for Chinese food. Service was very friendly too, next craving we will be back.

It's Panda. They all taste the same. Idk why my husband keeps requesting this.As far as service, don't bother ordering ahead of time. I order specifically 30 mins ahead of time, yet they don't have anything ready when I come pick up. I always have to wait another 15 mins.

Really good Chinese food. The Only panda express I know of that has chow fun.

Pandas is still one of my favorite go to spots. I get the family deal and add on a large a la carte and it feeds the family for two to three meals. Kids like the orange chicken and Beijing beef is my favorite.
