They delivered 30 minutes late and all my visitors went home before the food arrived then no one call me from the store about my order will be late No apologized when I call the store , take note I need to call them around 7:15 pm and they say the order didnt pop up until 7:00 pm, I place the order 2 hrs earlier. That is not acceptable .

3 times I have ordered delivery here 3 time I have spent 100+$ here for delivery and all 3 times something was either missing or wrong with my order. Not once has my order been remade or anything worst franchise on island avoid this store in particular because they like to give you soggy pizza not cooked and not safe to eat

Ordered a pizza today 10-29-24. Whoever tf was back there at 1:50 to 2:30 GIVE THEM A RAISE. THATS how you make pizza lol DAMN usually I go to this location and something is under cooked for sure or burnt. But this time it was actually BOMB. Good stuff!

Very tiny carry-out space, no room to form a line to the cashier, but friendly and accommodating employees and fast .
Vegetarian options: You can order online on their company website, where you can select exact toppings for your pizza. They have many non-meat selections to choose from, such as pineapple, spinach, peppers, onions, etc. There is an open box to type in any special instructions for your order, where I assume you can specify your preferences in detail.
Parking: Parking is free mall parking, and somewhat limited in the immediate vicinity of this store location, especially during peak hours for neighboring shops, like Zippys and PetSmart.
Kid-friendliness: It's a very tiny storefront, with space for only a few customers at any given time, no waiting area/customer seating. Better to take the kids walking around the town center if your order isn't ready yet.
My pizza and buffalo wings are always done and ready within 15min just as stated on the app. The food taste great and the employees are friendly. This place never failed me yet.

To make it worse their employee "Meadow" attempts to fool us by saying yes there is onions on our order but we can see it because they put the onions on first then cover it with cheese. This is the 2nd time this has happened and the last we will not patronize a store that can't get your order right and have employed lie about the mistake. Really sad, this was our go to pizza place. Go yo Wahiawa, yes it further but you will get what you order and pay for.
