This place never failed me yet.Parking: Because the location is next door to Zippys and Pet Smart the parking is not so great there but you’ll seem to manage.
Absolutely the worse customer service and food quality served. We ordered a large super supreme with extra onions picked up the order and found it had no onions. To make it worse their employee "Meadow" attempts to fool us by saying yes there is onions on our order but we can see it because they put the onions on first then cover it with cheese. This is the 2nd time this has happened and the last we will not patronize a store that can't get your order right and have employed lie about the mistake. Really sad, this was our go to pizza place. Go yo Wahiawa, yes it further but you will get what you order and pay for.

Trying really hard to still love Pizza Hut. Grew up with Pizza Hut - always had field trips going there, book-it program and always Pizza of choice for get-togethers. But it's been a while since I've had a good pizza from here. This here is supposed to be "Extra Cheese" which I believe I paid $2.50 for, per pizza. If I can see the bread underneath, there's no extra cheese on there. And this isn't my first order that's been like this. Mostly every time I order it's like this. Or it's something else. Quality is just not the same. Better off buying oven cheese pizza and adding my own extra mozzarella and toppings. Should only be one star, but I gave an extra one for the good memories lol

After an exhausting first 2 weeks of school & kids battling sickness, we opted for an easy dinner. The ordering process was smooth & the order was delivered earlier than expected. The pizza was warm and cooked to perfection. Very satisfying and hassle-free way to end the week. Thanks guys! ??

The pizza had practically no Italian sausage or ground beef. The crust was a half inch of practically uncooked white flower dough. I pointed this out to Rick and he was the current manager on. He did not respond in any way. This Pizza Hut was not worth the approximate $30 payment as the pizza was the poorest I've ever had. It also seems that management should care more about customer feedback. Maybe this review will help but I will never have another Pizza Hut pizza.

Pizza Hut Mililani outlet Food- 4-stars they have Been consistently good I would recommend 5~stars. But like everyone else they do drop the quality check . Few times the Pizza crusts have been dried out or not up to their standards. Service is sometimes rude and not welcoming Ambiance needs to be more clean and tidy At the end of the day,Pizza Hut is definitely a good place to go to for pizza

Mililani pizza hut has really upped their game. Just got our pizza and it was the second time it arrived with 30 minutes and was so hot we had to wait to eat.

Just pay with card if possible, don't know what is happening these days but be prepared to have your delivery guy claim he doesn't carry change as he puts away the money you gave em. Maybe people get stiffed from other deliveries? but don't just go pocketing the money without even asking if the customer wants change.

Horribe I bought the dinner box for my family with half Italian and cheese. Comes to find out when we recieved our pizza box the pizza was cut crooked on top of that the pizza was straight cheese NO Italian sausage. The presentation of my dinner box wasn't the quite exiting either.
