My experience wasnt too good, they had no ice, no straws or covers for your drinks, then i get home and they didnt include the sauce for the shrimp, when you call and press 3 to talk to someone the phone hangs up, glad im not a frequent customer.

One of the better Popeyes. Minus one star for the parking lot configuration. The chicken I've gotten was always fresh.

Very clean, friendly service and fast for the food to be prepared. Suggest the app to get good deals.

Getting two stars because at least the chicken was cooked through. Came through the drive through tonight I ordered two kids meals and a spicy chicken sandwich with fries and extra spicy mayo. My receipt was charged correctly but I didn’t get my fries or even the regular amount of spicy mayo! Quality control seems to be an issue at this location. I saw the manager Paul walking around aimlessly while I was at the window. I tried calling the store to complain to them directly so maybe they could do better because I know they don’t read these but I’m highly disappointed to have paid for something I never received.

I place my order online. And when I went 30 minutes later to pick it up, the manager by the name of Paul wanted to argue with me that I just turned it in. And when we looked at the ticket, he realized it was 30 minutes ago. He got very upset that I corrected him. It almost looked like he wanted to fight. Would not recommend it as long as he's working there.

Don’t eat there, the chicken was not fully cooked and for a $30 meal deal the order prep person didn’t give me any white meat I received all legs & thighs, at their prices they should give a little bit more effort to keeping the few costumes that they do have I recommend that you try a different store of your a Popeyes chicken lover.

I've always loved Popeye's. I almost always get the 6-piece boneless spicy wings. This time I was told that I could only order classic and boneless does not come spicy, only classic. I also ordered coleslaw and fries. I got my fries but no slaw and no spicy. It was the worse meal I've ever had at Popeye's. It's your sauce that makes your meal. Disappointing that I no longer can get the boneless with the spicy sauce. I'll pass.

Drive thru was a mess..got wrong item plus wrong receipt..girl looked confused as we told her of the mishap..got it rectify..food tasted different..had an after taste from the chicken? Something changed..😫😖

Manager Paul does a great job. I came here to complete some work and he was super helpful in being aware of what needed to be repaired.
He's really on top of operations.
