Only good thing was that the chicken was fresh. But not tasty , sauces are not tasty, French fries are tasteless. When we ordered, the cashier forgot about drink and sauces

Came by in the morning to get chicken after church yesterday. Chicken was great. Service was fast and the girl was sweet. God bless!

Ordered my food on the app at the store because I wanted gravy and mash potato seperate. They accommodated my request since I don't know how on the app.
Do be aware you may need to wait for 20mins for the chicken especially when it lunch or dinner time. They can't keep up and run out.

My experience wasnt too good, they had no ice, no straws or covers for your drinks, then i get home and they didnt include the sauce for the shrimp, when you call and press 3 to talk to someone the phone hangs up, glad im not a frequent customer.

One of the better Popeyes. Minus one star for the parking lot configuration. The chicken I've gotten was always fresh.

Getting two stars because at least the chicken was cooked through. Came through the drive through tonight I ordered two kids meals and a spicy chicken sandwich with fries and extra spicy mayo. My receipt was charged correctly but I didn’t get my fries or even the regular amount of spicy mayo! Quality control seems to be an issue at this location. I saw the manager Paul walking around aimlessly while I was at the window. I tried calling the store to complain to them directly so maybe they could do better because I know they don’t read these but I’m highly disappointed to have paid for something I never received.

I place my order online. And when I went 30 minutes later to pick it up, the manager by the name of Paul wanted to argue with me that I just turned it in. And when we looked at the ticket, he realized it was 30 minutes ago. He got very upset that I corrected him. It almost looked like he wanted to fight. Would not recommend it as long as he's working there.
