Our favorite place to get chicken tenders and the Texas toast is also a favorite. My husband and I always split the caniac combo which is more than enough for the two of us.

10/10 or 5/5 just wow. The first time I tried this I fell in love instantly. The crispy juices tenders with that soft Texas toast I just couldn't enjoy it more especially with that sauce wore a raising canes shirt to my banquet and they LOVED it.

Disappointingly, our recent visit to Raising Cane's left us unsatisfied once again. The chicken has been consistently dry during our past three visits, and it's becoming a letdown. Per my daughter's request, she's the one who complaints about the chicken. Can't keep spending money if this keeps happening. Hoping for an improvement in the quality soon.

I’ve already reviewed this place! It is hands down the best fast food restaurant! My son LOVES their bread and he calls it magical! I always have to order more. I would recommend asking for salt for the fries. If you like salt they could use more salt. But overall great food!!!

Employees are pieces of works. The customer rep KT took order wrong. I corrected her more than twice at the register. She gave me wrong order any way. I brought them to the gathering and found out Raising Cane's gave me something else than what I ordered. I called the store manager. They hang up the phone for the first time. Manager S answered the phone when I called the second time. I explained what happened. She said that she didn't see any issue because KT didn't overcharge. I told her that what she said means customer must accept whatever Raising Cane's do to them as long as there is no overcharge. I disagreed with her, but Manager S didn't see the point of this argument. There were 3 curbside pick up helpers congregating at the customer entrance. They didn't budge to make room for a customer like me with walking cane due to the physical disability. I managed to get outside the store and started loading food in my car and noticed they moved into a large old van parked next to my disabled stall. Doors on both sides were open. I could see they were congregating inside. I thought the world will be a better place if these people don't exist. Overall experience is BAD. I will move on.

Service is great, food is okay. The chicken is definitely not crispy like we like, but they have the good ice (iykyk), so their sweet tea is on point.Staff has always been super friendly, no issues with customer service at all.
