We had pretty good food & thought our server was excellent! The atmosphere seemed nice & quiet when we came in, but it was pretty busy when we left.There were a couple things that made my rating lower. First, the host working at the front had an interesting personality. I kindly asked how are you, while we waited for our table. She replied she's having a crummy day & it's not going well. That it was busy & military people were coming in all day. She also commented her job was stressful & hard. I later saw her in the bathroom & she continued to comment about her day. And that she was changing her clothes, so they don't ask her to stay any longer (being that she was there from 7:45am). I replied, that I had a long day as well! And waited for her reaction, which immediately became silence. Honestly, not sure how it was taken?Also, only mens bathroom working there! So if you're a lady & need to go, you'll have to wait till it's available (with no Men inside).I hope they fix it soon!The salad bar was clean & was great.

I was so excited to find a RUBY Tuesday’s as they have all closed where I live. I first want to say we had excellent service-hence the 4th star. Brandon was attentive and so helpful. If I lived here I would have definitely tried to recruit him. About the food let me prefecit why I am giving 3 stars for food. I went in with high expectations for the salad bar. I was disappointed in the offerings it had. It was nothing like the Ruby Tuesday’s where I live had. This Ruby Tuesday’s offered just the basics to build a tossed salad with either spring greens, iceberg lettuce or spinach (all very fresh) and toppings. There was one mixed salad broccoli chop salad.Hubby had A Cheese burger and he said YUMMM.On 10/14/23 Salad bar was $19.95.
Vegetarian options: They offer a salad bar and have freshly cooked veggies on the sides. Steamed Green beans and broccoli, made to to ask for the tho be crisp if you like it that way.
Parking: Big parking lot. Easy, just drove up and parked.

Food was good. Service was decent. The waiter was nice but didn't come to check if we needed refills. Restaurant wasn't busy so there was no wait. My only gripe is that the inside of the restaurant was kinda dated.

Menu is much reduced. Dinner menu prices seem ludicrous to me for what they offer. All fish is frozen including ahi and fried so don't bother. For those of us who want smaller portions the lunch menu is off from about 3;30. One really great appetizer were the pretzels. Thick, soft, with a side of melted fake cheese they are delicious. However waitress was great and was able to apply our substitutions to our turkey avocado burger. Steak is better at Outback, you can get bacon burgers at Teddy's for a couple of bucks less just as good.

Went there for a presentation meeting. I ordered the Chicken and Broccoli Pasta. It was no big deal because it's something you can cook at home. The waitress was friendly, and the wait time for the food was fast. Overall experience was okay.

Had lunch with my mom and coworker. Mom was not happy with her roast beef with mashed potatoes. The roast beef was a little hard to chew. I ordered sweet potato fries with my ribeye steak. The fries did not come out until the end of my meal service. Most unfortunate because it was a really tasty meal. This will not deter me from eating at Ruby Tuesday again.

Very out dated. Nothing new. The shrimp in all the dishes were very salty. Not like how I remember it. The women's bathroom was down ATM so the mend bathroom were being used by men and women but the workers would stand outside to guard the bathroom if any women needed to use the restroom. The staff were honestly the best! The food wasn't that good.
We were seated right away. The service was great, the waitress was very friendly and helpful.I ordered the Loco moco and was a large patty with eggs over easy over rice and gravy. I prefer the thicker type of brown gravy, but that's pure preference. The hamburger patty was a good size. I had mine with mushrooms and onion in my Loco Moco hamburger patty.My friend had the roast pork with gravy on the side. They were really nice to substitute the broccoli versus corn and you could also switch the starch from Mashed potatoes to another side that they had. Very fond friendly to the customer.I would go back again and may get the roast pork next time cause my friend liked his.

The oil was old with my fish and chips so it had a burnt flavor to it and because it turns so dark they pulled it out early and the batter wasn’t done. Showed it to the waiter who was really courteous about it. They got me another order, which was exact same thing. A little disappointed because that one was up in Mililani and I’ve been to the one in Kapolei so much better. Actually, it was really good.

I’m not sure where all the great reviews come from. This restaurant is quite frankly nothing but a dump. If you look around this place has badly needed repairs that are glaringly obvious. We went because we wanted to get the salad bar. The salad bar was pathetic. The only meat option on the salad bar with ham. We are used to really Tuesday salad bars being overloaded with options. As a result out of the four of us one ordered the salad bar and the three of us order menu. My daughter ordered the Caesar with grilled chicken. Most of the Romain lettuce was brown. I ordered the chicken ranch with the fried chicken. Pretty much all of the romaine lettuce was for brown. Also I ordered it without tomatoes in it came with a lot of tomatoes. My husband ordered a chef salad and his salad came with no tomatoes when it should’ve had tomatoes. I could tell that our server was really upset by the way the salads looked. I got the feeling that this is something he’s kind of used to having happened to him. I felt really bad for him and we did to tip him according to what we had originally ordered. We were comped the chicken, ranch salad and the salad bar. We do appreciate that. But honestly, it’s not a place I’d recommend or return to.

Ruby Tuesday in Mililani, Hawaii, is the place to be. Food is cooked the way you like it , and the place has a comfy hometown feel. Caroline, Aaron, and Winston are awesome servers. Well, Caroline works the ɓar too as well as serve. She does it all and does it all well. She really goes out of her way to make customers feel good about dining there! But no matter whom you see, you can't not be happy. From the kind lady who greets you and has you seated to the lady who stocks the salad bar....all are outstanding employees. Go there today. You will be glad you did!
