They do open at 1130, not 12 like it says on their door. Thank goodness cause I was starving that day.Great prices and variety. The waitress was on it!This is the first hot pot I’ve had with food served on a belt. It was fun to watch but make sure you get your selection or you’ll be waiting a few minutes for it to come back around. The only thing that I didn’t like was the fact that I couldn’t make my own sauce. They brought out a few sauces that I didn’t care for. My favorite thing about hot pot is that you can make different sauces for different experiences using the same meats/veggies. If they offered a sauce selection, I’d totally give 5 stars.
The worst ever. You pay 38 for all you can eat there isn't really any veggies, it's the same 3/4 choices on the food train, there was NATS all over the food, took forever to get my noodles & couldn't even tell me which meats where what. The service was really slow, and I was so upset we didn't even make our all you can eat money worth. The quality of the food just wasn't it, the broths were so plain, no flavor, nothing. When I say we got robbed of our money we definitely did. Hawaii pot is more better.
Came here for lunch. They have shabu shabu for 25/person all you can eat. 33 if you come here for dinner. Only 3 choices for broth, shoyu, ox soup and mushroom. I got the spicy option but it tastes quite plain to me. The meat selection is decent and seems fresh. The seafood combo is pretty much all straight from the freezer. The mussels are frozen in ice, hard enough to knock out a grown man. The side dishes get placed on the conveyor belt. Not a whole lot of selections either while 80% of the belt is empty. I understand it's noon and not that many customers so you don't want to put too much food on the belt. but it'll be nice if you can order something straight from the kitchen. I was not given that option. Also I saw flies in the dining room and several of them landed on the belt food. If you have food out in the open you probably should have the front door closed. For whatever reason it was open. The meat gets delivered to you via a tray on the belt. Complimentary mochi snack and acai boba ice cream at beginning and end. One lady working the entire dining room as host, server and busser. She's great. Overall an ok experience. Probably would be better during dinner time when more food options are available. They also have yakiniku style, would probably return to try that as well.
They forgot about us outside, also the broth is very watery in every order that came with a liquid element. Definitely not coming back
Ordered Y3- Bulgogi Kalbi combo and Y6- Garlic Shrimp. Both were very well prepared and presented. Great value, Great taste ! We'll definitely be returning for more!
I been here at this restaurant 2 times the noodles are delicious. They came to our store to buy some equipment, it was very easy, it was a pleasure to work with the owner he was very kind. We recommend trying Shabu.com! Thank you for your business, aloha!
If you order the bolba get light or no ice. There was hardly any drink in the Milk Tea.
Kalbi was like rubber, hard to chew. Serving was not satisfying. I was still hungry after eating this yakiniku bowl. We should've just gone to Mililani BBQ where you get more meat plus appetizers for the same price. As of this writing, they are not offering the all you can eat shabu or yakiniku. The place is now under new management.
The service friendly and patient. The food was fantastic.
Went there for our anniversary brunch and it was amazing! The broth was delicious hubby had mushroom and I had spicy.... ONO! The tempura was off da chain!!! Perfectly cooked vegetables in a light batter ... better than some Japanese restaurants tbh... vegetables were fresh, silky tofu, and best of all the wagyu beef was so Ono with good marbling and healthy portions needles to say we had take home food! Wonderful experience and great staff!

My husband and I went there for his birthday dinner and I it was amazing. The sauces were both equally delicious and the portions are generous. The staff is so nice and service was gracious. It’s my new favorite, which is saying a lot because I lived in Japan for 5 years and this is just as good as the Shabu-shabu restaurants in Japan!
The Shabu broth lunch combo both times I’ve gone have been excellent. Portion is great for the price as well. Definitely worth a visit.
Very dissapointed, food was not great and portions small
All you can eat Shabu ShabuK-Pop Night every 3rd Saturday
Soups good. Beer was great. And Jay is a great host. Loved it.
