Great place but may be permanently closed or doing a long term renovation.

Did a takeout and it was a lot to eat so stuck it in my freezer... it was delicious on another day when it was hot and humid. Thank you Snow Factory.. really enjoyed the treat. Plus i got to share a little with my dog who scarfed it up in no time.

I have never had anything like this. It's the fluffiest ice cream I've ever had. Highly recommended.

So many flavors and each item picture on the wall which makes deciding and ordering easy and fast. I like being that they make it in front of you and it becomes more about the art of designing the treat.

My favorite place to get a light dessert! This version of snow ice is so refreshing! The thing shavings melt in your mouth and the flavors are always on point- and not too sweet! The toppings are great, nothing to complain about. My favorite from here is their version of halo halo!

They were open on sunday and was I glad all the other places I drove to from Mililani to Haleiwa and Wahiawa all closed. They have great selections for the desserts. Well worth the price

Honestly it's the worst shave ice I think I've ever had. It was slimy and kind of salty... a wast of 6 bucks!

A family favorite for the occasional treat. Great selection of shaved ice combinations and value. The crepes are delicious as well.

An old-school shave ice fan, it took a while for me to warm to the texture of Snow Factory desserts. But the variety of flavors and toppings won me over. Whether fruity or chocolatey or sour or various combinations of each, it's hard to imagine a flavor you can't get. And for the uncreative, the wall is covered with numbered examples you can choose from. It's an unassuming space that struggles to keep cool on a hot day or with a long line, and there are only a few small tables (which is a challenge, because their creations don't travel well). But if you get them on a good day, it's definitely worth a visit.

Got their taro milk tea, I particularly liked their milk tea. It was creamy but that didn't take away from the flavor of the taro. And the tapioca was chewy and sugary sweet but not overwhelming. It was all very satisfying.

Came here at 7:45pm, posted hours online and on the door were until 8:30pm but the store was closed. Drove all the way from North Shore. Wasted trip, super disappointed with this place!
