I order the same thing every day. Yesterday and today's order was horrible. I spend way too much money to not get what I asked for. After contacting corporate customer support there was no resolution. Save your time and money and go to another coffee shop. Extremely disappointed in a big brand like Starbucks. Yall need to do better

10 out of 10 would recommend came in the day after my birthday today , got the utmost exceptional Customer Service ☺️ i couldn’t remember my order and Gabe was so kind and patient with me. On top of that I gotta say one of the most delicious caramel crunch blended double espresso coffees that I’ve had in a very, very long time and yes, I am writing this after drinking that but I still mean exactly what I’m saying!!!! Great Customer Service delicious coffee. 💯 I’m coming again sometime this week even if it is out of my way . Gabe you and your team today ROCKED! 😭🙏

Every time I go here the barista Danielle always gives people a hard time about paying customers and bathroom use. I always use a mobile order so the question always comes up about me being being paying customer. Tbh I understand but I watched her grill a mother and toddler about paying. The mom said she was gonna grab a drink but it was an emergency. If Danielle would be human once in awhile I wouldn't be writing.

Why would you isolate a huge part of your consumer base by taking out outlets and restricting people from working inside?
Only complaining in hopes they bring back the power outlets. Loved coming to get a little work done on my labtop.

This USED to be an awesome place to get some work done for us WFH employees: nice and quiet, very accommodating, plenty of space, and good coffee… but the district manager TODAY informed all the Starbucks locations in Mililani to place covers over the power outlets. It’s incredulous how much time and money I’ve spent here and am no longer welcome…Such a wretched move. Best of luck to everyone else needing a home away from home: you are no longer welcome. From “star”bucks to “no”bucks from me.Moving on. Thanks, I guess.
