The drive through woman asked me to try my frappe and I did and it tasted like thick creamy milk. Even though I added cold foam I took a few more sips and it was syrupy. They asked me to park and they’ll remake and it wasn’t an issue. A woman with blue in her hair, piercings and tattoos came out with the new drink and immediately said “idk what was wrong with the first one I think you just tasted the foam and next time you need to ask for more ice.” I never even spoke to this woman and yet she was offended. So I said back to her rude remark “no I think it just wasn’t made correctly” and she walked off. Major attitude. I’m still sitting in the parking lot typing this. Also this new batch was worse than the first, it taste like laziness.

These service is so amazing! It was my birthday and many of the employees said happy birthday to me and gave me a Bundt cake and a cake pop! It was so delicious! They were so sweet and my drink I ordered came out really fast. The environment is so clean, my order came out exactly what I want. I will always come back to this Starbucks. It really made my day!

Mililani Mauka Starbucks combines exceptional service with a great, friendly atmosphere. If they know your name the employees greet you upon entry. They are more than happy to make your order right if for any reason you are dissatisfied. Love this place — management and employees are outstanding!!
Stood over 15 minutes with my young son waiting to be served. No one greeted or acknowledged my presence or even to say welcome pls give us a minute. I get it, we are busy but the question is are we valued as a customer?

Great service. Only thing that I noticed is when they make my cold brew they add water to the coffee. I really don't get why they add water to my coffee. I paid for coffee. Not coffee mixed with water.

Vegetarian options: There are vegan smoothies and there areBagels and some vegetarian sandwiches
Parking: There are multipule spots and áreas to park they even have there own little spot for you to park and there is the side of the road
Kid-friendliness: This is a place where it is okay to bring your kid in and they won't mind
Wheelchair accessibility: There are about three parking spots deserved for wheel chair accessibility and they are mostly open for people
