3x People in the lobby. Staff was moving like turtles. When I found the gentlmen infront of me had a mobile order that was not made, I left, because at the rate they were making sandwiches, I would have been there for a half-hour.
2nd time walking out of this location. Move faster, act like you care a little.

The staff member that made my two sandwiches was very slow. I requested a turkey sandwich as my second footlong. Had I not watched her making it, I wouldn't have seen that she started making it with half of the bread. She failed to ask me what size I wanted. What I encountered next is the main reason for my negative review. There wasn't any sliced turkey to make my sandwich. The staff member asked another staff member who was sitting in the corner of the restaurant on her laptop to assist by prepping the sliced turkey. She did not offer any assistance. They proceeded to argue back and forth about who does more. It was very unprofessional. It took almost an hour to get my two sandwiches. Unacceptable. Customer service is not a priority here.

What I ordered:
- **Meatball Sub:** Italian Herbs and Cheese Bread, meatballs, pepper jack cheese, creamy sriracha, and Parmesan cheese.
- **FL Chicken Cheese Dipper:** This was the only thing they got right.
- **Raspberry Cheesecake Cookie:** The manager admitted that they hadn't included this in my order.
- **Turkey Sub:** Multigrain bread, turkey, provolone cheese, lettuce, onions, oil, red wine vinegar, mayonnaise, black pepper, and salt.
Not only did they mess up our order, but when my girlfriend and I called to inform them about the mistake, the manager was rude and unpleasant. Whoever the manager of this establishment is, she refused to believe the order had been incorrect. She claimed she had made the order herself and even mentioned something about it being slow there. If it was slow, how could she not take the time to get the order right? How incompetent and careless do you have to be to make such a mistake? I wouldn't be as frustrated as I am if she had just been a bit more respectful in her attitude.
As for what I received:
Meatball Sub (Italian Herbs and Cheese Bread, Meatball, Mayo, Lettuce, and Onion)
Turkey Sub (Multigrain Bread, Turkey, and Creamy Sriracha—she didn't order Creamy Sriracha).
Once again, I say, if this manager hadn’t been so difficult, I wouldn’t be as angry about it.

Waited in line over an hour shitty attitude one worker has the other is not to bad they need to get help or somthing.
Asked for extra olives and she gave me 4 pieces of olives on a footlong sandwich and when i asked for more she gave me 2 more pieces… Unreal how she looked me dead in the eyes and put 2 pieces on there. Normal subway they give handful atleast 30-40 pieces… Terrible attitude from the older lady and overall bad experience wouldnt go back.
Customer service bad slow waiting in line so long while one of the worker do phone orders while we wait in line never come to this location anymore.
Worst and absolute slowest subway in the history of all subways. Been here more than several times and always the same. I can get a grilled steak plate faster than I can get a sandwich…..smh

We came here after the Meheula one didn't have bread (not kidding). The meheula one only had flatbread and the other breads were cooling so we waited 5 mins (because they said 5-15) and called this subway who said they had bread. The sandwiches aren't as good anymore because they cut the vegetables thinner and they give less (I like equal meat and vegetable ratio). Anyways, I thought this subway did good. The way they have their order line set up is kinda weird for the space.

Ordered online and was told to be there at 5:35. Arrived at 5:40 and waited till 6:00 and I think only got it then as my family called me from the car wondering why it was taking so long and I was very loud in my response. I then took the time to fill out a “Subway Cares” form as I was hoping that they would make it right somehow but just received a form letter from the “WSI Management Office” saying they will bring this to the restaurants attention. I would recommend agreeing clear of this location and instead go to the Jersey Mikes at the Town Centre.

I mobile ordered at 12:02 for a single sandwich that was supposed to be ready at 12:20. Took until 12:45 to even be acknowledged after standing in line at the register for half an hour just to be told my order wasn’t ready. Came back at 1 after picking up an order at an adjacent restaurant— my order was the one sitting on top of their microwave, that they checked 15 minutes prior and told me wasn’t mine. An hour wait for a single sandwich! If you mobile order - forget about it - they don’t have an order stand like the rest of the subways I’ve ever been to so you stand in line waiting anyway. SO SLOW and no thanks for waiting, I’m sorry, nothing. By the time I got to eat the bread was soggy. Customer service needs some work.. this coming from someone who worked in restaurants for more than 5 years and is usually more than patient/understanding.

If I could give this subway 0 stars I would! It’s the only subway close to home and everytime I go there i always get the worse costumer service ever! If you hate your job then QUIT!! They literally hire anyone! Owners only care for the money because apparently they can’t train their stupid workers! Train your co workers to be better at costumer service! They are so unorganized and they take forever to make a simple sandwich!

Do not App order or come here if you don’t have much time. This is the slowest serviced restaurants in existence.
Rowena was so helpful and she did such an amazing job making my sandwiches. She was very patient with me and she deserves a raise.

Very poorly organized. I went to Subway on my lunch break. There were 5 people in line ahead of me & 3 workers. The line barely moved after 12 mins of waiting because only one person was tending to the customers in line while the other two were working to fill mobile orders & no one was there to pickup their mobile orders. If they were hustling to assist us, it'd be a different story. But these workers were moving at a slow pace as if we weren't on our work lunch break. Thanks to Subway, they wasted 20 mins of my hour lunch break waiting for all three of them to realize that their in-store line was building up. As I finish this message, I still have not been served. 25 mins in-line l. Ridiculous.

I don’t know what’s up with all of these restaurants being nonchalant about flies but it seems to be common here. I told the lady and all she did was throw away the meat it landed on. Didn’t cover things back up, didn’t try toGet the fly out. I ended up asking to have my sub remade. Idk how contaminated anything in there was. Honestly, I probably should have just walked out. Who knows when she last changed her gloves.
