Cleaner than other subways I've been to. Staff were pretty young but they provided friendly customer service and were very polite considering they were in the quiet side. Food was good. No brown lettuce and everything looked fresh. Also really like their renovations. Makes the place look more modern.

Very poorly organized. I went to Subway on my lunch break. There were 5 people in line ahead of me & 3 workers. The line barely moved after 12 mins of waiting because only one person was tending to the customers in line while the other two were working to fill mobile orders & no one was there to pickup their mobile orders. If they were hustling to assist us, it'd be a different story. But these workers were moving at a slow pace as if we weren't on our work lunch break. Thanks to Subway, they wasted 20 mins of my hour lunch break waiting for all three of them to realize that their in-store line was building up. As I finish this message, I still have not been served. 25 mins in-line l. Ridiculous.

The food is just not there. They don't even no how to make there own sandwiches that they are selling. Plus the sandwiches they do make are garbage and sloppy. They also don't know the difference between sliced avocado and guacamole. Took for ever to get my lunch because when one of there friends come in they start helping them. I should have looked at the views before ordering, lesson learned will be the last time.

I don’t know what’s up with all of these restaurants being nonchalant about flies but it seems to be common here. I told the lady and all she did was throw away the meat it landed on. Didn’t cover things back up, didn’t try toGet the fly out. I ended up asking to have my sub remade. Idk how contaminated anything in there was. Honestly, I probably should have just walked out. Who knows when she last changed her gloves.

I came to this Subway location twice during lunchtime, since I was in the area doing errands. It's the same shopping area with Foodland, Ross, and 24-hour fitness. It gets pretty crowded in the parking lot but somehow I always found a spot near Subway. This Subway is small with a few tables inside to dine-in. For my first visit, I ordered ahead through the Subway mobile app and it gave me an estimated time my order would be done. I arrived five minutes earlier and as I walked in, I saw someone making my footlong sandwich. Five minutes passed and they neatly wrapped my order then put it to the side. My order was ready! But there were no clear instructions on how to pick up "Express Pickup" orders. There was a sign that pointed to the cashier so it made me think to go directly to the cashier. However, there was a line with 5 people waiting to order with 2 employees working the front... I wasn't sure what to do so I just waited near the cashier. I was trying to be polite and waited for one of employees to be done serving a customer before saying that I'm there to pick up my mobile order. Right after the employee was done, she left the cashier right away to serve the next customer. The same thing happened for the following 2 customers. Waiting and waiting, 10 minutes passed, until I walked closer to the cashier and tried to get the attention of one of the workers. No use. Waited another 5 minutes and after she was done with the next customer, I tried to speak louder and I got her attention and I finally got my order! I was pretty upset by the time I got it and left. I was planning to give a bad review because of that experience, but the employee who helped me was really nice and I understand that they are just doing their job to serve all the customers quickly and efficiently. I noted that as she handed me my sandwich, she double checked to see whether or not my order was a meal and that she followed the additional instructions I made when I placed my order (which was to wrap each 6" separately). My order/sandwich was made correctly and tasted good. I also noted how she reminded one of the customers that was served before me to get her drink since she ordered the meal. Both of the employees had a friendly tone when speaking and sounded happy which made me give this place another try the following week.My second visit, I ordered through the Subway app again. After I found parking, I looked at the app and it said my order was ready. I walked straight to the glass window (near the chips stand) and one of the employees greeted me and right away I said picking up my mobile order and gave my name. I was handed my order then I was outta there! Quick and easy, that's all I had to do. Lesson learned. I hope people will know where to pick up their mobile order if they read this review. HAHA. But on a serious note, Subway needs to place their "Express Pickup" in front of that glass, instead of pointing to the cashier. Or have clearer signs, even instructions, for their customers to know how to pick-up mobile orders. Anyways... Subway is considered a fast food place so we shouldn't have any high expectations, but I enjoyed my footlong sandwiches and I like that this location had friendly workers on my last two visits.

PLEASE READ:My husband and I come to this location sometimes when we are in the area. Upon our visit here on Tuesday, we both ordered sandwiches. My husband got home and two hours later he became VIOLENTLY ILL. We are both POSITIVE his illness came from THIS SUBWAY LOCATION. He is still extremely sick two days later. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION. We ordered different sandwiches, his was cold, mine was toasted. Whether or not this made him sick and not myself, I am unsure. It seemed that the food was not stored at the proper temperatures, the store itself was extremely hot inside, the ice maker was not putting out any ice and whatever came out was melted.

Norma is the worst employee I have interacted with at a subway. I have been to the wahiawa subway many a time, but this is the first time I decided to use the Mililani subway instead. It was here I was yelled at and ignored by your employee. She was disrespectful and disregarding of me and my wife, despite us being the only customers in store. I don’t have a problem with the brand/franchise, only the people that are chosen to be hired at this franchise

This Subway is honestly pretty embarrassing. It’s the closest one to our house and we go pretty often, but I can’t say it’s been even a decent experience in the last 7 or 8 months. There’s always new kids working who can neither communicate nor cut bread, the store is falling apart, and most recently the toaster oven has broken with no ETA on that ever being fixed as I’ve been told. I wouldn’t leave such a bad review, but it seems worth mentioning as there are several other Subways nearby that can function

Worker at shift change made it known that someone would be with me shortly, & repeated herself waiting until I answered her, although I didn’t have a problem with waiting. She took her sweet time & also made messy sandwiches. When she rang me up, she asked me what kind of sandwich I ordered, a sandwich she just made.

Just don't expect much from a fast food establishment and you won't be disappointed. Their AC was out, leaving it hotter inside than it was outside... sounds concerning in terms of the meat left out. There was only one person in front of me but the lady somehow took 6 minutes to make her sandwich, while the other lady walked around and didn't do much. After being helped, the sandwich was made nicely and to my expectation. Overall wouldn't choose this to be my "go-to" Subway, and would prefer other establishments for food in the shopping center.

The slowest service imaginable. Needs to hire younger employees who know how to keep up the pace of what’s suppose to be fast food. Everytime I decide to eat here, I wait over half my lunch break waiting on them. It’s a Makeline, it’s suppose to be the sandwich is passed down employee to next for fast process but the two employees just do not work together at all

I was happy overall with my experience. The girl who waited on me was quite personable and was willing to talk story as she put together my order. The other girl there was not as personable which one expects in customer service situations. I figured she was having a day and she stayed in the back mostly. Anyways, my salad came out perfectly and she even asked if I wanted it chopped. I have never been asked that before and I was excited for the option. My mom's sandwich was made to her liking. I will definately come back another time.

I made an order which the app says it should be ready in 15 minutes. When I arrived there 15 minutes had already passed and they only started to make the food, So in total it took them about 30 minutes to make the food. I also ordered a meal with a bottled vitamin water they gave me it in a cup , the app clearly states it as the bottle option and not the foundation drink. Also the cookies are so small and thin not even worth the money, they even forgot to add some ingredient inside all 3 sandwich I ordered. Worst location. I prefer subways near Safeway in Mililani since they get my order correct but sometime you have to deal with all the high schooler girls attitudes.
