Quality has drastically decreased over the last two years. Today I got a beef burrito and halfway through I realized it had onions, tomatoes, and guacamole added when it's not part of the original item. I'm allergic to avocados and my throat started closing up. If I hadn't have bitten into the onion I probably wouldn't have noticed and needed to actually go to the hospital.
Other than this, there's almost always something minor wrong with the order. Missing item, tomatoes added, sour cream missing, etc. It didnt use to be this way for the Mililani store

Just went thru drive thru aside from the whacked out old lady that shouldn't be driving. I ordered 2 beef chalupa no veggies, crunchwrap supreme 2 dragon freezes. Please tell me why my beef chalupas have no beef in it. It only has cheese and sourcreme like I know it's fast food but omg the best part is missing! No beef! You never got my order wrong, until today Jun 21st 2025 10:56am. So sad man what's the point of eating just cheese and sourcream. What a waste of $26.05. Oh look my crunchwrap got no MEAT EITHER!! BRUH CHECK YOUR FOOD! YOU LOST ME AS A CUSTOMER!

The Taco Bell in Mililani is hands down one of the best. 👌 They actually fill your food properly — the burritos are packed with meat, beans, and veggies like they’re supposed to be. Big shoutout to the crew there for doing it right. On the flip side, the Taco Bell on Beretania (across from Safeway) is the total opposite. Every time I’ve gone there, my burritos come out flat and sad — barely anything inside except beans. Honestly feels like they don’t even care. Mililani’s location definitely deserves more credit!!!

The Mililani taco bell is very good. It is easy to order on line and then head to the drive through or pickup inside if you choose in advance. Sometimes the drive through is very busy and it takes awhile to pick up.your food. We gave had one order error in 10 visits. We'll be vack.

Took over 25 minuets to get my food while going through the drive through then I didn’t get any of the food I ordered for over 20$ rather a 10$ substitute meal/ they badly messed up the order, worst part is the food was gross, cold and not prepared well with lacking ingredients ect. This sucks as this used to be my regular Taco Bell, gonna have to go to Wahiawa now
