1) 8 pizzas offered on menu by the slice, burt only 2 available at any given moment . Why offer 8 kinds of slices if only 2 are there? 2) customers standing at cashier while staff chats amongst themselves at bakery leaving customers wondering 3) gravy and sauces at hot bar is like pudding 4) tried getting one piece of chicken from the hot bar, $5.89 for 1 piece alone 5) even the market cashiers know to go to the seafood section instead for something as simple as 2 scoops of rice, not the deli

Breakfast and the plate lunches are way cheaper than the surrounding places. hey serve smoked chicken, brisket, roast pork and pork spare ribs everyday. They even have roast duck for a good price.

The food is really excellent. Cakes and the rest of bakery goods are great. Pizzas are like expensive gourmet pies. The pizza dough/crust is delicious. Not greasy! Beef brisket is also really good. Everything is so affordable it's one of the few killer deals left these days.

Times Mililani has really stepped up the quality and selection of the deserts and deli offerings :) Plentiful of everything. And clearance muffins at the end of the night (if there are any left). Cakes are awesome and have personal slices to try them all! Love the DarkChocolate Dream Cake Favorite pastry is the cranberry orange muffin
I honestly would like a follow up. As a resident ofMililani for 16 years and this being my"neighborhood times." i expected my experience tobe a bit different. I have a recording of aninteraction I had this evening with the front endmanager and customer service manager. Both wereyelling at me. Engaging and encouraging othercustomers to be rude to me when I did nothingexcept try to purchase items from this store whenlongs and Walmart are in the same shopping center.I followed up with the security, I'm sad to see thecontract with Securitas has ended, and i hope tofollow up with management as well as Times afterthe holiday- but the incident that happened tonight,and the discrimination I experienced needs to beaddressed. I should not have been yelled at.Unacceptable, Period.
