Absolutely love this place! The food was Delicious and Leah was amazing as a server/bartender. We felt welcomed and i definitely will be back! 10 out of 10-highly recommend!!

if zero stars were possible that’s what I would be rating. I stoped in the shack last week with a friend. We sat at the bar and ordered a drink. I ordered a seared ahi wrap ( our freshest fish just off the boat) with no wrap. When it came out, the fish looked unrecognizable. It absolutely was not fresh by any standard. It had a funky smell, The lettuce was wilted and greasy yet had the dressing on the side. When I spoke to our bartender/server, I was told that you can’t get fresh fish anywhere on this island anymore.( which is a complete lie and also false advertisement if that’s what they are saying it is ) and that they would not be remaking it because it was made as a favor because the chef knew my friend I was with.. I didn’t realize I needed to call in a favor to minus the wrap. Our bartender was a middle-aged Caucasian female, who was extremely rude. I do not remember her name. My friend I was with is a chief and refused to try the food that was brought out saying it looked rotten I would not have fed this to my dog.
In reply to owners response. The kitchen was open when my order was made. Yes I do have a gluten allergy, and I came up with an easy option that didn’t involve any extra prep. I never demanded anything. I ask if it was an option to not have a wrap and just do what was inside of it. We also never ordered food from anywhere else because we tapped that and left immediately after.

This is a great place if you're looking to have some good food and drinks, catch a game or some fights, and relax while enjoying the atmosphere! I live a little bit away from The Shack but it doesn't stop me from coming by when I can! It is definitely a good stop for lunch or dinner. They have a great selection of good food. The staff is friendly too. This is my go-to when in Mililani!!

Great sports bar with good upbeat music and tasty food. We always get their signature burger, and it is delicious. It really is epic! Discovered this gem a month ago, and just went back again the other day. The servers are always friendly too. This is on our list of go-to restaurants when we want a good burger!

I give ALL ? STARS because I'm not a local however the Shack had everything to accommodate my taste buds. The Merlot, vegan spring rolls and service was amazing as I watched my home team (the ATL Falcons) win the game.

Food was phenomenal, service was kind, super fun and interesting! My only issue is that right above my table in the lamp was a dead roach, also in the entrance to the restaruant. I know I can't complain that much since it is an outdoor restaurant but still, it was kind of nasty just to look up and see one of them things just sort of staring at me while I ate. Still good tho, would recommend!
Kid-friendliness: Saw a kid watching One Piece and no one seemed to care, does that mean something?
