Perfect spot for good food, cold drinks, and catching the game. The vibe is fun and relaxed, and the staff is always friendly. Even though I live a little far, it is always worth the visit. My go to place in Mililani.

We called shortly before closing based on the posted hours online, which indicated the restaurant was still open. The employee who answered was dismissive and had an unprofessional tone when informing us they were closing early. When we asked to speak with the manager, the conversation felt equally unhelpful and defensive. We understand staffing challenges happen, but professionalism and respectful communication matter. We hope this feedback helps improve future customer interactions.

Just tried out the Mililani of The Shack and will definitely be back! My server was Dannie and she was friendly, efficient and checked in on me multiple times, accommodated all requests and I didn’t have to wait while closing out my check. Good service definitely is a huge part of the experience so kudos to The Shack on that.
As always, the wings are my fave. Pleasantly surprised to see that I can get carrots instead of just celery!
I came on a Sunday during football season and was easily able to find a seat. Every table has multiple TVs in eyeline for easy viewing so def recommend for game day.
Went here on a date and enjoyed my time. The tall waitress was such a sweetheart and we made sure to tip her well.

I love the way the car looks, the food is alright, I had the mahi-mahi which was slightly overcooked, but the tots were awesome, and my husband loved his plilly cheesesteak. It was a bit pricy, but good overall, and the drinks are good as well. This was our second visit, and we will visit again

Met a group of friends this past friday night for some drinks. Ire was our server and he was top notch! There was a good crowd and he made sure he kept our drinks coming throughout the night. Didn’t even have to ask to separate our checks. Cashed out with ease and made sure to tip extra on top of the already added gratuity😉.
