I’ve ordered their fries multiple times and asked for NO SEASONING. They don’t listen and put the seasoning on every time. It’s coated in sugar and is disgusting. Don’t order the fries.

Had to give 1 star because -3 wasn’t an option. The wait is absolutely ridiculous, even though it’s not that busy. Walked in, there were people sitting down and most of them already had their food, yet the cashier told us that would be a 1 hour wait. FOR WINGS? Are they cooking it in the crock pot? I walked out. No wings is worth a one hour wait. When does it ever take an hour to cook 10 chicken wings? This place is wild

Drove from ewa took 1 hr because cashier put wrong name for order remade my order because it sat at counter for 30 mins and food was still cold and underseasoned. Manager did not make my order

Ordered on 1/7/23 at 6:39 and was given a wait time of 58-63 minutes. Got to the store at 7:38 and when I was checked in with a few minutes later the woman at the counter told me 2 minutes. Now I wasn’t expecting exactly 2 minutes since obviously they’re busy, but what I wasn’t anticipating was my husband having to check in at 8:07 to see how much longer it would take, only for us to be told it just needed to be bagged. We proceeded to watch her take other peoples orders and bag orders that weren’t being waited on yet just to be sat on waiting rack. We finally received our order at 8:15, around 30 minutes after the time said. Now again, I don’t expect the online system to always be accurate with timing, but considering that I was told it would be done in 2 minutes and it took 25ish more minutes after that point was ridiculous. It felt like they had no system of priority or organization and they were continuing to tell orderers coming in that it would be 45 minutes - 1 hour, which I am now led to believe is just a blatant under-exaggeration. This isn’t the first time we’ve had to wait past our expected time but this is by far the least excusable one.

This is one of the best chicken I've ever had. I got the garlic Parmesan chicken tenders and I don't know how you like the amount of Parmesan but it was loaded with cheese. The garlic flavor was on point. The cashier was very nice and helpful. She didn't get mad when we asked if we can look at the menu first. The cashier said we didn't have to throw away the rubbish, she said to leave it and they will clean it up. The ambiance was really nice there were 4 TVs and pictures of old pilots on the wall. The tables were clean and the seats were comfortable.

Our food took 40 minutes even though nobody was ahead of us. There were cockroaches and there was not a trash can. The cashier was friendly but otherwise we had a terrible experience.

This is my favorite place for boneless wings. They are so delicious and they have excellent flavors as well. Cajun is the best flavor of all. Korean q is the worst flavor. They also have the best ranch and blue cheese that I have ever had; I absolutely love both. Overall I love Wingstop. Whoever was working on Thursday made my order outstanding. Thank you very much. Keep up the excellent work.

Was speaking with one the workers there and asked them are their hours during the holiday season. To my surprise they're open until 7pm tonight which is good, but when I asked them about New Year's Eve it was quite sad they open till 11pm I think from what the worker said. Why would you let your employees work that LATE! It's New Year's Eve they should be with their families instead of making money for their boss that's really ridiculous! You can tell that the owners/ managers don't care about their employees only about money. I hope they'll change the time on this day if not shame on the owners/ managers. I will go on social media and put these guys on blast that's not how we do In HAWAII.

Customer service has improved.For those of you who are disappointed with the wings, I highly suggest boneless instead. These are the best boneless wings. We no longer order wings anymore. Hope this helps.

**PLEASE READ TO THE END**While I've come to this location plenty of times (mostly because it's one of the few decent places in Mililani), tonight has solidified why I will NOT be returning. To start do not expect them to pick up the phone EVER. You have to order online or in person and it will always be at a minimum an hour. Second, always check your order. There have been numerous occasions where I've paid extra for sauce, just for it to not be in the bag and me having to go back in. Tonight specifically, I ordered a 20 piece with 3 flavors, only to get home and have 14 wings and 2 flavors. Lastly, and the one that is absolutely unacceptable, when I arrived there was an employee grabbing handfuls of raw chicken out the fridge and placing them in frying baskets. Not only am I annoyed about missing food (which I agree I should have checked), but I am also disgusted at the fact someone is comfortable enough to be touching raw chicken without gloves or any hair nets. Very unsanitary!! Very disgusting!! I've tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but this is beyond acceptable. Had I had my phone on me I would surely have recorded a video of the employee. Please be aware of this!

Wings were dry and hard and cold. I called five times to let them know and they did not answer. When I left it was only two people in the restaurant so I know they wasn't that busy were they couldn't answer the phone.
