Ordered a cake online for pick up. Had to wait in line even though I told the person that I paid ordered online. I was told to wait in the bakery line and then the same person boxed the cake for me, after actually looking up my order online. By then the people in line were all gone.

Ordered online for breakfast. The food was mediocre at best. Our French toast wasn’t fully cooked and the bottom was nearly raw. The egg omelet also had some egg shells inside. Even our food that was cooked well did not taste good. Not worth the price to eat here.

Poor customer service. Waited for a table way too long with no line and lots of open tables. Waitress had no interest in serving customers and let 4 of us walk out. Spent my $100+ at Mililani bbq instead.

We sat there for 10 minutes after ordering before even getting the drinks. They put us at table that didn’t have enough seats for all of us so we pulled up a chair. Then they told us we weren’t allowed to “pull up” chairs..so they gave us a WHOLE different table and told our person sitting at the end they had to sit at a whole different table by themselves. Food plain and expensive…

Dang the prices for dine in got expensive. The quality of the food definitely does not match the prices that you pay.A lot of the food is made off site and then reheated. How do I know this? Simple, they told me. I asked for the special mayo (it’s the same one that is in the macaroni salad but with out the macaroni) that used to come with the chili moco (my witness didn’t know what I was talking about, the guy who brought out my food who said he would check but never came back, so I had to ask for a manager) but was told they don’t have it anymore because the macaroni salad is made somewhere else and brought there already made.If you need a refill of your beverage make sure to ask the server assigned to the section you are sitting in every time you see them because even if your drink is empty and sitting next to the edge of the table if a server from a different section walks by to get to the kitchen they will just ignore it. This is something I’ve noticed even back when I was doing the mystery diner program for Zippy’s.

The portuguese omelet sandwiches used to be the best, now they pre make them so they are room temperature at best when you get them. I wish they would go back to making them when you order them so they are nice and fresh.

Zippys bit the same anymore. One of the more expensive plate lunches and their portions are smaller than most other restaurants. Quality seems to be going down hill. Used to love Zippys now it's a last resort.
