Whoever was driving this black Hyundai Kona delivery car (see photo) around 7:30 pm on Friday, February 14, 2025 almost drove right into me while they were exiting Maku'u Drive and I was driving from Pahoa towards Hilo. I managed to avoid them, but just barely. Tip to the manager: Hire drivers who actually know how to drive!!! 😡

Ordered a New York Style pizza. HUGE MISTAKE! The whole pie was full of bubbles on each slice that the crust cracked when it folded AND there was hardly any cheese or sauce on it. Very disappointing and sad to even claim to be pizza let alone NY style

Not impressed with service and pizza. Huge guy in front, is a joke. Everyone ignored me, when I order a pizza for takeout. NO ONE even exercised "common courtesy" to let me know how long more my darn pizza would be till finished. Promise, D'jorno pizza is way better!

Pamela was the sweetest delivery driver I've ever had she made my night when she brought my food and with a smile and showing she cared about the satisfaction of the customer.

Waste of a time....made an order through the app which tracker said it will take approx. 30 mins for delivery. After an hour and no changes on the tracker I called the store and they said they had only one driver and it will take another hour and a half for delivery. At least have the common courtesy to call your customers to mention their situation instead of making them wait hour(s) to get their food.

So far have been waiting over 1 hour for 2 pizzas I ordered at the counter, and Miles, the man at the counter turned his back to me as I was speaking to him. When another customer came to the counter I asked for a refund. Miles said the pizzas were almost ready and would refund the cost by the end of the night to my card. If I see a refund for $40 on my credit card I will up date this review. If no refund is given, then this review stands. OVER ONE HOUR TO MAKE A PIZZA.

When this Domino's first opened, the pizza, from a food quality and service perspective, were so much better. It is now one of the worst pizza's you can get. Frozen pizza from the store is significantly better.
The problem now is that they do not read the online order other than just the toppings. The last several orders have had the wrong crust - they all come as thin crust. The pizza is not well done, and the worst part is the quality. It is just not good.
We will not be ordering from Domino's again.

My kids were desperate for a pizza on a Sunday. Normally we get one from International grindz, however they're closed on Sunday. I gave in and we ordered here.
The pizza is soo sad. Like seriously, where's the cheese?! Did they forget? Did they not feel like refiling their station and decided to sprinkle on what was left in the bottom of the tray?! Is someone illiterate and mistaken "normal" amount of cheese for "less?" What a disappointment and waste of money. Never again.
This whippersnapper named Brady was running the show the night I came in. Despite being very busy, the young man had everything under control and running well. He didn't talk much, but it seemed like everyone knew what he needed of them and when. True leaderships.

Love Dominos. Went in and bought a pizza. Had to use the bathroom. I was told that the bathrooms that were built for customers was "Employees Only". I have never been to a Domino's who rejected a paying customer from using the bathroom AFTER ordering food. It doesn't make sense.
