When this place is good it’s sooo good but consistency is needed. Hairs in rice .. garlic shrimp burnt with burnt sauce does not taste good .

Went back today and ordered the teri beef plate again (listed as bbq beef on menu) a drink.

I assume they were still getting things worked out for this place when I got it last time(tasted like vinegar and salt on beef)

Perfect this time! Flavor was spot on for teri beef. Glad to know it's up to good standard now!

Prices could use some work. A regular plate running 18 dollars is overpriced. A drink brings it up to $22 not including tip.

L&L Hawaiian Barbecue in Pāhoa is hands down one of the best spots for authentic Hawaiian comfort food! The portions are generous, the flavors are on point, and the prices are very reasonable. I absolutely loved their island style breakfast plate—especially the flavorful Portuguese sausage and fried rice!

The service is always quick and friendly, even during busy times. It's the kind of place where you can grab a hearty meal that leaves you fully satisfied. Whether you're a local or just passing through, L&L is a must-visit for a true taste of Hawaii! Highly recommend!

I don’t know why I try to order online. I’ve done it three times now and they never have my order on time. This last time, the order wasn’t even put in until I arrived. I order well ahead of time for a pickup time to make a meeting, but I was told I have to wait 20 minutes because they forgot? No good.

Ordered the stew plate. All loaded into one plate watery tomato sauce flavored liquid mixed with the mac salad looked like someone barfed on the plate. 2 small pieces of beef one small carrot and 2 cubes of potato.
Never ordering there again.

Chicken Katsu was homemade and delicious! Staff is amazing and restaurant was very clean and welcoming! This is a must try, I highly recommend! We’ll be back!

Terrible !!!this isnt the first i ordered chicken without having someones wisp(hair stran) with it!!thats y im not gonna order from here for awhile.its not that its gross its just that i paid gd.money for my food!as everyone else does..Hair not included!!!!!
