Over the last couple of years, this place always hit, fresh and honestly really good for fast food. All the sudden it seems to be going down hill. Received soggy, stale fries and a sub par burger thrown together all for $17 a person. Like come on. It’s $17 a person, I worked an hour to pay for the meal to get old fries. Uncool.

I came here last evening and have a medium size of my favorite #1 meals with another friend, the ladies who were serving during the time are nice and foods are also good. I told them that the Burger King is my favorite fast food since 2008, and they friendly responses to me thanks for choosing us. I came back again today and I ordered a large size meal of #4, when I asked for a refill of my drink due to the coke tastes not that perfect after mixing with melted ice, there is an Asian-look lady told me no refills 👎🏻 the service from her neither professional nor nice, and the feeling to a traveler here who loves Hawaii and Burger King is also not beautiful! The foods no problems! Overall 2 stars（because 1 for the nice ladies served last evening) from Texas.

We have been going to this Burger King for YEARS and the service and quality of food has dropped tremendously. The pricing is close to airport pricing which is crazy for Pahoa and the quality of food is no longer at the high quality I have come to expect from Burger

Nothing is ever ready for a “fast food” restaurant. I’m told to wait in the parking lot for 1-2 items, and workers are sitting in the dining room doing nothing while 1 person works. Unprofessional and very surprising this location is still open for less than 45 orders a day
This Berger King has a very good location just outside Pahoa. The location is a locally owned franchise, not a corporate owned location. Normally I frequent locally owned non franchised business however, I was hungry, location was an absolute priority, consistent quality was needed along with fast service. This location delivered 100% on all of my expectations. For me, and granted ratings were based on my specific expectation, this location delivered,

But no love in return when at 4:30 this afternoon the fries are served mixed hot and old and cold and the patty in my impossible whopper burnt around the edges and soft, red, and cool in the center. The only discount I got for the sub par preparation was in the value of me as a paying customer.
