It's very disappointing when you go to eat and you're told the restroom in the establishment is not available to wash your hands. It's even more disappointing when you're told it doesn't work while staff go in and out using it. Not having a restroom available for patrons is absolutely unacceptable.

This has been an issue for MONTHS and supposedly McDonald's cares 😂. Please. Spare me the niceties. I did your little report anyway. It would be nice if I never see the restroom closed to paying patrons ever again unless it's literally in need of a plumber or so gross it's literally safer to not use. However, I won't hold my breath waiting.

I got breakfast via app in drive-thru, they asked me to wait in spot one. I waited 25 minutes, then the worker came out and gave my food to another car. The other car started driving away opening my food wrappers. They stopped and gave my food back to the worker who then just handed it to me. I said I don't want opened food. He walked in the door, walked right back out (as I watched him), handed me the same food said I'm so sorry and walked away.
This is absolutely disgusting that they try to makee eat food opened and handled by people in another car. Absolutely disgusting.

Sometimes the red shoes demon grasps your entrails by the stomach and demands a sacrifice. That sacrifice is invariably your health.

I found myself drawn to the McAlter myself just recently and while my heart was clogged with nostalgia at the smells of hot fries and what looks like sizzling beef, my wallet experienced no such relief.

Interestingly, the food was less greasy than I remember from my childhood. Everything arrived hot and fresh with minimal delay. The few veggies trimming my sandwich seemed crisp and fresh. The waxy American cheese imparted it's mild flavor and generally all was a I remembered. My craving satisfied, the demon relinquished his grasp upon me and remanded his fuzzy red hair and shiny yellow onesie to the ether from which he sprang.

I was impressed by the cold hard efficiency of the kiosk that has replaced the front desk. No longer are the employees distracted by unnecessary interaction with customers. Instead, they can put their heads down and really focus on frying frozen pies and slinging salt at steaming piles of fries as of trying to cast out their own demons.

While I can't in good conscience recommend the place in the framing of any health conscious rhetoric, I also can't say that I won't go back. Perhaps it is a curse, or the allure of a grim purple smile cast from the shadows behind the bench seating, but something always brings me back...

Went here for lunch at about 1030am, the turn around time from breakfast to lunch. Ordered a quarter pounder meal and hoping it'd be hot and fresh...WRONG!!!! Burger was luke warm, fries was the same and the chicken nuggets! It's like they were sitting in a warmer for hours! Seems NOTHING is made fresh here or they make it hours in advanced! This wasn't the first time either...

Absolutely shocked at how I was just treated by this McDonald’s. I was in the drive thru ordering and they parked me for my food. We were waiting a couple minutes and the girl comes out with the plastic tray and shoved it into our car door so hard it made a loud noise. My husband instantly was angry, as we just purchased our brand new Ford Bronco. I calmed him down and we drove off and brushed the experience off. When we arrived home, I examined the door and sure enough, there’s a paint chip where she smacked the tray. My husband is irate at this point, but I call the store to find a solution to what happened. They first told me nothing could be done, I said absolutely not there must be some sort of insurance you have. Then they put me on hold. By the way, not one apology has been received at this point. I’m holding for a few minutes then get hung up on. I call back, thinking maybe it was an accident. They answer and are completely silent then start laughing hysterically and hang up again. Do they think it’s funny to damage peoples BRAND NEW CARS! I am contacting the store owner and going forward from here. Beware of being parked or going through the drive through, you may just get your car ruined trying to get a cheeseburger.
