Watch your receipt here. We got two large coffees in the drive thru and they charged us over $6 (we hadn't checked the receipt). When we pulled up the second window she said I'm sorry I accidentally charged you for someone else's hashbrown and I need to refund you. Instead of refunding us she charged us $3.15 cents more or whatever the total was. So we paid over $9 for two large coffees. What a rip off.

Can't give below a 1?Over the last month I have eaten at this McD almost 20times. Every other time I go I take that time and fill out the customer survey which entitles me to "any sandwich of lesser value". I fill out the surveys as per the service that day. Today I tried to use the "coupon" for a McRib "sandwich" and told they don't accept for mrRibs. I told the order taker that I had used if 3 times over last week for a McRib and asked to speak to a manager. Ramel, Assistant Manager, told me coupon not good for "national sandwiches". I explained that coupon says "any" and that almost every sandwich at MCD is "national" with few exceptions. I asked him if he was willing to lose a good customers business over this incident. Said "no problem you can eat elsewhere" to my shock. WTH kind of response is this from a manager...who is clearly not honoring a nationally sponsored McD program. I told him it was unacceptable. He could care less and told me to stop making a scene or he would call the police. Now I'm really mad. I told him I could care less and told him perhaps I should record our interaction so his bosses could point him to unemployment line. (I went full Karen on the guy). Then he decided to really cop an attitude at which case I told him "lose the attitude". Shut the window and walked off. So, that was the last time I will visit this location where I eat breakfast daily and usually an afternoon ice tea and a few lunches per week. Lastly, I have spent the last 20 years in the hospitality industry and understand what "a holes" customers can be and I also hate customers to take advantage. I was clearly asking for something that is clear a buy one get one free "any sandwich". Didn't happen. Now let's see if management will follow up on this review and my complaint to National. In the mean time don't bother with the reviews as this location doesn't honor them. When zero reviews are filled out perhaps National will ask why...

CLEANEST MCDONALDS! I was blown away by the effective system in there. Ordered thru a kiosk, used the restroom, and walked out with my order. So clean in there!

Nice friendly service. Kiosks only ordering. I like the mobile app for ordering but it takes a few times of ordering to get the hang out it. The app could use a little help. I love Daniel patroling the tables and keeping restaurant clean and friendly.

2 out of 5 times I went there orders were wrong, so I had to go in the restaurant.Customer service was alright.Sometimes food comes out fast, sometimes it doesn't. I'm guessing depends on who is working.
