Cane Street Cafe is a friendly spot near the Botanical Gardens, perfect for a delicious coffee or a budget-friendly sandwich. The owner is easy to talk to and gives great trip tips. The staff is welcoming and everyone was friendly. The cafe has a clean environment and pretty decor. There are two separate spaces good for groups and meetings, one fitting 16 people, and the counter area fits about 4. Customers have enjoyed the lox bagel with garlic aioli and the turkey bacon panini, which comes with a tangy red sauce. The croissant is flakey and incredible, and the bread soup bowls are very good at a great price. They also have fresh baked goods visible in see-through ovens. Drinks like the Americano, chai latte, peppermint mocha, and iced tea are fantastic. Prices are reasonable and it's a charming hidden gem with great ambiance and a well-thought-out design and decor.
