Every single order I've made for the past 6 months has been wrong

We live on base, so we order from here frequently. Tonight, I placed an order at 6:44 PM. At 7:06 the app said our order was ready. My husband got there about 15 minutes later, didn’t see it anywhere, asked where it was with the order number. He was told “the app was wrong, it hasn’t been made yet.” He then waited another 45 minutes until an employee told him “oh someone else must have taken your order.” Uh, what? And then proceeded to start making the order an hour after we were told it was ready. Worst Domino’s experience yet.

Ordered delivery, had to pickup or wait another hour that be a total of 2 hours n 45 minutes. My food was sitting there getting cold. Tell me how my pick up total was the same price as order with delivery fee. Because the manager canceled my coupon plus my free pizza reward. N didn't even refund the reward to the account. Top it off she acted like she was doing me a favor by allowing me to pick up my cold pizza instead of having to wait for it to be delivered.

First look at the pizza and we were disappointed. No cheese on most of it and slightly burnt. I don’t know why they would have even boxed it looking like this. It didn’t taste great either.

Front area has a air conditioning leak that pours out of the light fixture by the drink fridge. Still has not been fixed
Cleanliness should definitely be a PRIORITY when managing customers' food.Domino's delivered 6 filthy can sodas with our order tonight.We called Domino’s to address our concern... We spoke with Kaley (an assistant manager), who stated there wasn't anything she could do because the condition of the can sodas was the responsibility of the driver.The lingering question would be so whose job is it to hold workers accountable if not the assistant manager on duty? Kaley also mentioned a higher position employee would be available to speak with tomorrow but the audacity of such inconvenience is mind-blowingDOMINO’S IS DEFINITELY NOT ADHERING TO THE HIGHEST CLEANLINESS STANDARDS IN THE INDUSTRYThe picture I included doesn't even do justice of how filthy those cans were

The staff are friendly , the place is clean , the service is fast and easy to order online and over the phone .
I really enjoy all of the rewards you get with each purchase. Our pizza is always made the way we like it and hot when we get it! I love that when dominos does not meet their expectations they give you a pizza on them to make up for it. I will always be a customer.
